Shownu:Next door neighbor

Shownu or as I know him Son Hyun-woo grew up right next door to my family and I.
I was his junior so I didn't know much about him another then what my friends use to tell me.

Its been a couple years since of seen him but I'm glad he's a successful idol with Monsta X.

Sitting down at the table for breakfast my mother greets me.

"Remember how I said my friend son wanted to meet-"

"Umma!! Please, I'm not looking to date someome right now. I just got my job at the hospital."

"Which means this is the perfect time. Look he's a prosecutor and one of the best. Hes super fit and loves hiking. Hes perfect." I ignore my mom and get up. I put my running shoes on and stick my earbuds in. Closing the front door I start my morning routine.

I just don't understand why she want me to get married so fast. My last boyfriend dumped me for a model.

Going around my neighbor block a second time, something stopped me in my tracks. I could only see the back of him. He had his shirt off while his sweat dripped down his yummy muscles. His pushed his hair back causing his back muscles to flex. He slowly turnned my way giving me a full view of his toned chest and hard abs with his chewy arms.

He smiles and turns back to shut off the lawn mower. He then strolls over to me waving.

"Son Hyun-woo?" I take out my earbuds.

"Haha the one and only." His smile is to die for.

"Wow, its been years."

"Yeah just back for a little break between tours and shows."

"Nice. I love your music while monsta x and I know you love dancing so it perfect right?" Omg shut up, shut up. I mentally hit my self

He reponds with, "And I see you've really grown up and become a doctor, impressive."

I nod. Hearing my alarm on my phone go off I freak.

"Oh sorry, I need to get ready for work but it was good seeing you."

"Let hang out later!" He yells as I run into my house but not before tripping on the doorway praying he didn't see.

Day 2

Running again, I didn't expect to see him again but there he is planting flowers in front of his house. He sees me then smiles and waves. I wave and continue on.

Day 3

I get scared seeing shownu waiting for me outside of my door.

"Uh...mmm...Son Hyun-woo-"

"Wanna jog together?"

"Do I have a choice?" He shook his head smiling. We start and as soon as I could I tripped. Lucky me.

He caught my arm holding me up.

"Haha thanks."

We start again. After 4 laps I am tired and Hyunwoo is still ready to go.

"Well this was fun. I need to get ready for work."

"Okay, lets do this again tomorrow." I looked at him shocked.

"Tomorrow?" He just smiles and walks into his house.

Day 4

"Umma not this again."

"You're off work today and I promised that you would go. Go." Her word is law. Fine Ill go to the blind daye but only to get her to leave me alone. Getting dressed in a pretty top and a shorts.

I grab my car keys and head out the door. It didn't shock me that he was waiting for me outside of my door but he was in a nice outfit like we were the ones going out.

"Mh you look really pretty today." He says to me.

"Thank you. I have a blind date."

"Blind date? Sounds fun." 'I wish' I think to myself.

"Not really but my mom is forcing me."

"Cool. Lets go." I walk over to my car.

"Go?"

"Yeah lets. We can hang out after your blind date, just incase things don't work out."

"Okay sure. Sounds fun."

Arriving at the cafe, I look for a guy with a white rose. I walk up to the table and the guys gets up smiling at me.

"Hello. I'm Soon Won Jin. My mother has told me alot about you. Please sit."

"Thank you." Son Hyunwoo sat at the table behind us facing me. He orders himself coffee.

WonJin is not bad looking. Hes tall and fit like mom said. He bring up his job and doesn't stop talking. I smile and nod my head pretending like I'm listening. Behind him I can see Hyunwoo laughing. He starts making funny faces which causing me to smile from time to time. Woojin just took it as, I enjoyed what he was saying.

From the corner of my eye, I see a woman storms in upset. She looks in my direction and yells. "Yay!!!!!!! SOON WOO JIN!!!" She runs over to him as he jumps up out of his seat facing her.

"Mina?" He answers. She starts hitting him as he tries to hold her. I slowly get out of my seat. Hyunwoo gets up and comes over to me.

"Lets go." He takes my hand and we walk around the fighting couple. Hyunwoo continues to walk out of the cafe.

"Well I'm glad that failed. My mom better not get upset."

"I think she'll be happy that you're date went well."

"What? Did you not just see that?"

"I'm talking about the date you and I are about to go on."

"And what makes you think I want to do on a date. I thought this was just us being friends."

"I like you too much for that. So either come with me or I can take you back in there." I stare at the door and laugh.

"Okay okay lets go!"
