Kirstin's POV

When I woke up I looked at the clock to see that it was only 6pm. I got up and decided to go downstairs because Damon wasn't beside me. When I reached the living room I seen that Damon was sitting on one of the couches drinking a glass of bourbon. Stefan was sitting on the other couch with his arm around a girl.

"Who might this be?" I asked with curiousity. She reminded me a lot of a girl that I had seen before but I just couldn't pin-point who she was.

"This is Elena" Stefan said responding to my question. The girl had brown hair and brown eyes, she wore her hair straight and I thought it was kind of dull to be honest. And she seemed a bit like a prep, and I do not like preps.

"OK. Can I talk to you Stefan?" I asked.

Stefan stood up "Sure Kirstin." And with that Stefan followed me to the kitchen and Damon followed us.

"Stefan why does she look familiar?" I asked once we were in the kitchen.

"Because she looks like Katherine" Damon answered before Stefan could.

"Katherine? Isn't she that girl that you showed me a picture of nearly a century ago? The girl who turned you guys and screwed with your lives?." I asked even though I new the answer.

"Yup, that's the one." Damon said with disgust in his voice.

"She's nothing like Katherine." Stefan said before I could say anything rude about her.

"OK, but if she is anything like that bitch Katherine I will kill her without thinking twice about it." I hissed at Stefan.

"Now can I go back in there before she starts asking questions?" Stefan asked.

"Yeah wha-ev Stef." I whispered.

"Come on sweety I have a surprise arriving in an hour." Damon stated as he put an arm around me and kissed my forehead.

"YAY! I LOVE SURPRISES!" I yelled as I jumped up and down.

When we walked back into the living room Damon looked at Stefan "Can you and Elena go to her place or something? Me and Kirstin want to spend some time together." he said but then added "alone" when he didn't move.

"We'll go to my place" Elena said and then stood up and looked at me and Damon and said "It was nice meeting you Damon and Kirstin. I hope to see you again soon." she said before walking out the door with Stefan.

"Looks like your surprise will be here sooner than expected" Damon said smirking. God I loved how he smirked, not including the way he smiled.

He pulled out his phone and dialed a number. "Hello" said a girlie voice.

"This is Damon, will you deliver your present to the Salvatore boarding house?" Damon asked.

"On my way." the girl said.

"Who was that?" I asked in a sing-song voice

"Someone who will be arriving with the surprise in a few minutes. But until then-" He said until I cut him off by pressing my lips to his and kissing him passionately.

Damon's POV

When Jessica arrived Kirstin shot me daggers with her eyes and I looked at her and shook my head. If only she knew that I only have eyes for her. "Jessica would you please come here for a sec?" I asked evilly.
