Austin: We looked at the hermit crabs and they were crawling around in there.

Austin: Come on let's go look somewhere else.

Cassie: I went over to the jewelry and Austin was standing behind me.

Austin: Look love rings.

Cassie: One said he's mine and the other said she's mine.

Austin: Come on let's get em.

Cassie: Okay.

Austin: I paid for them of course I can't just let her pay.

Cassie: Thanks Austin I love you.

Austin: I love you too.

Cassie: We walked out and walked to the truck.

Austin: We hoped in and she turned on the radio and wagon wheel came on.

Cassie: I turned on the radio and wagon wheel came on I screamed I love this song!

Austin: As the song was ending we saw something laying on the side of the road.

Cassie: I stopped to see a dog skinny and hurt. He was whining.

Austin: He's still alive.

Cassie: He's hurt! We have to get him to a hospital.

Austin: Help me put him in the back seat.

Cassie: I quickly grabbed a towel for him to lay on.

Austin: We placed him on the towel.

Cassie: He was a German shepherd.

Austin: Come on let's drive.

Cassie: I started the truck and drove to the animal hospital.

Austin: We arrived 10 minutes later hoping we weren't to late and he was still breathing.

Cassie: We carried him in and told the lady at the desk everything.

Lady: Alright well bring out a stretcher. They brought out one and placed him on it.

Cassie: I hope he will be okay.

Lady: Hopefully.

Austin: Yeah all we can do is pray that he'll be fine.

(30 Minutes later)

Doctor: Cassie and Austin?

Cassie: Yes?

Doctor: Please come in.

Austin: We walked down a dim hallway and went into a small room to see the dog Laying on a bed with stuff attached to him.

Doctor: It seems like he got hit by a car and he is homeless because he is very skinny.

Cassie: Will he be okay?

Doctor: We stitched him up and we are feeding him with tubes and he should be fine by tommorw.

Austin: We will come and get him tommrow.

Doctor: Till then and wait he needs a name if your going to keep him.

Cassie: Astro.

Doctor: Okay well Astro will be okay by tommrow but wen you pick him up he will need to take it easy for a day or two.

Austin: Okay.

Doctor: See you later!

Cassie: Thank you.

Austin: Here I will pay.

Cassie: No I should.

Austin: No I will.

Cassie: Fine!

Austin: I Paid for Astro and we got in the truck and headed home.

Cassie: It was around 9:30 and our moms were sitting on the couch talking.

Mom: Hey guys where have you been?

Cassie: Beach and beach shopping.

Jackie: Did y'all have fun?

Cassie: Oh yeah.

Austin: Well I'm pooped night everyone I kissed Cassie and left for bed.

Cassie: I went into my room and fell into a deep sleep.

( The next day)

Cassie: I woke up and realized we had to get Astro in 3 hours and went into Austin's room and work him up I took the whip cream and smacked camed him I slapped him and he screamed.

Austin: Cassie I'm gonna get you!

Cassie: I ran down stairs and out the door and his under the house.

Austin: I walked out the door and snuck up on her and grabbed her and picked her up and sat her down in a chair up stairs.

Cassie: Your face is covered.

Austin: Come on we gotta go get Astro.

Cassie: I got dressed and I was waiting for Austin in the truck. Something came up to the door. It was Austin.

Austin: First let's go to the pet store.

Cassie: Okay.

Austin: We drove off and made it to the pet store.

Cassie: We walked in and I picked him out a pet bed and shampoo for a bath and a toy and a bone and some dog food and water bowl and food bowl and a leash and collar and a tag.

Austin: We purchased everything and left and went to go get Astro.

Cassie: We arrived and the doctor came out.

Doctor: He is fine and he is up to date on all of his shots and things.

Cassie: Thank you doctor.

Austin: The doctor brought Astro and he looked better.

Cassie: I put his collar and leash on him and took him out to the truck.

Austin: I helped him in and he laid down in the back seat and took a nap.

Cassie: We drove home to surprise our moms.

Austin: We walked in with bags and Astro and our moms looked confused.

Mom: Uh Cassie Austin why is the a dog?

Austin: We found him on the road and got him fixed and stuff.

Jackie: Okay well as long as you to take care of him.

Cassie: Oh we will.
