I blink my eyes quickly as a soft glow shimmers in the distance. At the edges of my vision, I see the darkness beside me grow darker as the walls narrow, making my breath quicken slightly as the feeling of claustriphobia numbs my terrfied brain. I'm just about to start screaming when the narrow tunnel widens and the luminescent glow grows ever brighter.

I look up around at the high ceilings and far walls and gasp as the fog floats calmly away. The walls are a dark grey stone that casts eerie shadows across the snakes in front of the door. The snakes are huge, probably 50 feet long if their whole body was showing. They have their teeth bared, fangs piosed and ready to strike at anything and everything near them.

I shiver.

At least they are statues.

The glow that I saw earlier is nothing I want to see. Fire licks the walls, creating shadows on the walls, making my skin crawl in terrible fear.

Mr. Hellsworth beckons me forward, inbetween the two snakes that guard the wooden door. The wooden door has symbols carved on it, maybe letters, but in a language that I don't understand. I don't want to follow the creepy Government leader, but something makes me walk forward, as if in a trance.

My body ignores the intense screams of refusal from my mind, but instead I begin to hesitantly walk through the door, having no power over my destiny beyond those wooden doors.

The room I enter is bigger than the last, having wide walls fire again licking the edges. But the center of this room is empty, having nothing but a small dish in the center. As I am forced to walk closer to the dish, I see that it levatates off the ground, coming up to my chest.

It vibrates softly, creating a soothing hum that captures my mind.

The dish is sleek, having a dark reflective surface, warping the flames into streaks of orange and red. It is shallow, filled with a dark black liquid that reminds me of shadows cast by the trecherous black clouds of smoke that cover the sky.

My mind fogs and I find it hard to concentrate on what I'm doing. I soon realize I'm standing beside the dish, the hum putting me in a trance. I try to resist, but the power of Mr. Hellsworth and his levatating dish are too much as my mind gives up and I stare into the darkness of the dish.

Suddenly, the fog clouding my mind lifts, and I glance around. I am in a clearing, but the clearing is filled with soft, green grass, covered in some weird objects, all different colors. I take a deep breath, a sweet scent filling my nose.

But the objects are not what draws my attention, my eyes immediately find themselves resting on a family of four. Two children, a boy and a girl run around, playing and jumping through the grass, smiles clear on their young faces.

The parents sit on the blanket, the mom with her head on the dad's shoulder, smiling at her children. I hear a funny sound, and look around, wondering where it came from. When my gaze falls back to the people, I realize the noise is coming from them.

It reminds me of crying, but the smiles assure me that they aren't hurt.

I can feel a strong emotion vibrating from them. It is stronger than hate, but I don't know what it is. The little girl run up and hugs her mom, kissing her while the little boy grabs a ball and starts to throw with his dad.

I've never even known my parents.

I sit and watch the scene before me, wanting more than anything I've ever wanted before to run out and play with the family. I want the emotion that I feel now. But they can't see or hear me, I know that.

I close my eyes, but when I open them I am back in Mr. Hellsworth's place. His dark eyes stare at me, the blood red irises making my blood turn to ice.

He smiles, chuckling evilly. "Love, that was the emotion you were feeling."

I nod. Love, it seems like such a strange word.

"You will never, ever have that feeling."

I swallow hard, horror filling me. No. I had to have that feeling. I know love can beat hate, or am I wrong?

"I've heard you've been into the fire woods, am I right?"

I nod slightly, he would know if I lied.

"Did you meet God, or "I Am?" Did he tell you he would save you? Well, he told that to everyone else, but actually it was really easy taking this dimension over. And they all died, every single person that he told he was going to save. Now, I don't know where they went when I murdered them, but I know that you will make a nice collection in my little army."

"Y-you can't talk me into being in your army."

"Ah, now it will just be a little pain before you join me. Trust me, you will be under my control in no time."

My breath quickens as I understand him. I am going to die, and God can't save me. The ground underneath me shakes slightly as I turn to the source of the earthquake. i turn slowly, my worst fears coming alive.

The snakes have come alive, hissing and pulling themselves out of the ground. Their beady eyes lock on me as they bear their fangs, coming towards me a lot faster than I can run.

This is the end.
