Hawkeye vs. The Vulture

Before Spiderman finished the word "go", Hawkeye was already firing his first arrow at the Vultures forearm. Spiderman instructed him to keep The Vulture out of the skies, and that what he planned on doing.

When looking up on his files, Hawkeye discovered that the Vulture aka Adrian Toomes had a genius-level intelligence, high-level fighting skills, a master tactician and strategist, along with an electromagnetic tailored body-harness which granted him the ability of flight through the wings.

Because of this, he wasn't surprised when his arrow bounced off Vultures armor covered forearm.

(Hawkeye) "So besides the armor upgrade, what did Doctor Octopus offer you?"

(Vulture) "Lots. With the upgrade armor your arrows cannot penetrate it, my wings are more aerodynamic which allows me to fly faster and perform more complex moves. I can also do this now..."

With that The Vulture whips his wing around me which sends metal shards of wings flying straight at Hawkeye.

(Hawkeye) "Yikes!"

Hawkeye narrowly dodges the flying projectiles and next thing he knows, the Vulture is getting in stance to take off.

(Hawkeye) "Don't think so birdie"

Hawkeye makes a quickrun for it and jumps on the Vultures back just as he takes off.

(Vulture) "What are you doing you fool! This is an advanced machinery but only meant for the weight of one person!"

(Hawkeye) "Looks like you better pay attention on flying this thing then"

(Vulture) "And you better pay attention on whose back you get on"

With that, Vulture starts to whips one of his wings around towards Hawkeye. Having nowhere to go, Hawkeye braces himself for the pain and gets stabbed by one of the Vulture's wing feathers.

(Hawkeye) "Ahhh you bastard! You'll pay for that"

(Vulture) "I won't have to pay you anything once I kill you!"

Vulture then tries to continually buck hawkeye off however hawkeye manages to stay on and comes up with an idea to take Vulture out. He quickly pulls the metal feather he was stabbed with out of his thigh and stabs it through the metal in the vultures forearm. Vulture lets out a scream in pain and starts diving for the ground in hopes of the impact knocking Hawkeye off knowing that he cannot fly with his injured arm how it is.

Expecting this, when Vulture gets close enough to the ground at a fast enough speed, Hawkeye dives off Vultures back with great force causing the Vulture to lose his balance and concentration with leads to him landing wrong and knocking himself out while hawkeye lands gracefully next to him uninjured.

(Hawkeye) "Well that wasn't to difficult. Now what bad guy should I help take out next?"

With that Hawkeye ties the Vulture up making sure his arm won't allow him to bleed out or work enough for him to fly again. He then take a look around and decides to help Black Widow with Doctor Octopus.

(Hawkeye) "Vulture is down for the fight. On my way to assist Nat with Doc Ock now."

(Spiderman) "Make sure Vulture can't move his wings and then proceed with assisting Black Widow."

(Hawkeye) "His wings are tied and he has an injured arm. He won't be flying for a while."

(Spiderman) "Good. One down and six more to go."

Taking that as the end of the conversation, Hawkeye starts to head over to Black Widows battle. There is a slight limp in his movement when he first starts jogging, but he quickly masks it knowing the cut in his leg isn't that deep therefore is not in need of immediate medical attention.
