~Chapter 1~ -The Introduction

*Crunch* *Crunch* *Slither* *Slither* "ORF!......orf orf "
A wild seal was on a glacier tempted to jump into the water but felt like there was a set of jaws waiting to snap it's neck. "ORF"
the seal's head perked like a bullet hoping to SEA another seal.Instead an 8-year old IceWing that was soon to be 9 was clinging to the wall waiting to strike.C'mon you stupid seal!Mother is starving and desperately needs food!As if the the seal heard him it bolted of the glacier,but the IceWing was too fast and lunched off spreading his majestic lunar wing membrane in the day and managed to repeatedly bite it's neck fat causing blood to start and eventually squirmed itself to death in his jaws.Yes!The IceWing flew off to his kingdom hoping his mother was awake....except his father.He was never that fond of him but still loved him.At last his 25 minute flight was over!He "accidentally" crashed into the castle walls causing a hole to form wich he could barely fit through now and turned back and used his "frost breath" on the wall to re-fill the hole and ran to his mother's room. "MOM I'M BACK WITH A SEAL!"
"Sweety please don't yell,my head hurts and ShadowBringer is still asleep, and thank you....... FrozenFear."The IceWing's mother said in a sweet and calm voice
"Mom what did I tell you?I like being called Fear and just that."
"Oh I know it's just sometimes I feel like you don't remember who you are sometimes....... so I looked for a school and found a really good one for you!"Fear's mother, FrostBite had a sad yet proud look in her eyes. "Well what school is it?Is it here or the Night Kingdom?"
"No actually it's Jade Mountain Academy but I've heard that it's been amplified in everything!"Fear was shocked.The fact that his mother either entered him or not he was surprised that he was being sent away.
"Plus your father and I need to be alone for a while *YAWN*, now I need to go to bed dear have a good day!"Fear just left like an old leaf covered in snow drifting through the wind.Later that day Fear found himself walking into someone he used to now "OW! HEY WA-Fear?HOLLY MOONS IT'S SO GOOD TO SEE YOU!"
"Foxelia!?HOLY MOONS THIS IS AWESOME!"The two IceWings hug like there's no tomorrow. "I haven't seen you since I moved to the Night Kingdom!"Fear was bursting with a colossal amount of happiness and joy.
"Wait then how are you back here?"
"Well King DarkStalker agreed with my mother to let me live in the Night and Ice Kingdom at the same time so I come and go as I please"
"That's cool...... do you have any girlfriends?"Foxelia leaned in to him with a teasing face. "WHAT NO!?I UH..... UHHHHHH......-"Fear was blushing to the point his cheeks where volcanoes. "I'm just teasing you Fear,you still make that cute little face when you blush like that."Foxelia hugs him more and intertwines her tale with his. "You're such a jerk."The two hug each other and rub muzzles a bit before they have to head home.Fear then arrives at his mother's room unaware of what's happening. "MOM GUESS WHO I RA-"
"Shhhhhhh"Fear's father shushed him and looked back at his mother worried. "Mom?Dad what happened?"
"Son I'm sorry but your mother doesn't have much more strength left in her...... she has about one more week."Fear started crying,his legs gave out and couldn't think. "I'll be outside for a bit Dad."
"Fear don't,you need to stay for your mother!"
"Dad I can't I'm sorry I tried but now,it feels as if I'm drowning alone in the ocean where it's dark,cold,and full of sorrow."Fear launched out of the castle to look for Foxelia.I can't believe it's time.......WHY!?WHY NOW!?Fear lands on a pillar of ice in the middle of the Kingdom. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"Fear yells out all of the pain his bleeding soul could handle and then cries till the point is breath gives way and falls backwards unconscious.Why......why am I still hurting.........how come I've never felt this pain before.......... *Light breathing*.Fear opens his eyes to see Foxelia sleeping next to him. "Hey wake up you lazy glacier."
"Stop poking me mom......*grumble* *grumble*.......I don't wanna go to school"Foxelia lifted her open wing over her head and continued to sleep.Well you leave me no choice.Fear picked up her tail and lightly bit it. "OWWWWW WHAT THE HELL!?Oh Fear it's just you.......BUT THAT'S NOT AN EXCUSE TO BITE ME!"
"HAHAHAHAHA...uh jeez calm down your blood is pulsing like mad like in anime when characters are mad as frick.How did you find me any way?"
"Well last night when I heard you scream I got scared and rushed over to you to see you falling and then I caught you and brought you here to our secret hide out in Shatter Cove Island."
"Thanks.......(the two when into a fierce hug)...how did you carry me any way?"
"...............*snore*.........."
"Hey don't fall asleep!"
"HUH WAT WHAT'S GOING ON!?Oh sorry it's just every time I'm under your cool and galactic wings I always feel like getting closer to you and just sleep with you"The two started blushing like mad to the point there cheeks where a warm read instead of a cool IceWing-blood color. "So why where you screaming last night?"
Fear's eyes darkened and every thing else did too except Foxelia. "My Mother has one more week to live"Fear's tone got dark,cold, and deep and started to cry. "Fear I'm sorry...........also I took you here to tell you something....."
"What is it?"
"Fear I-I love you....."Am I that stupid to believe Fear will return my feelings?
"I love you too..... Foxelia......"
Fear leaned in and kissed her in the mouth.The two then hugged while both are happy yet Fear's soul was still not stable......it will be stable once his mother is dead.At least he thinks so.
