Credence sat on a park bench quietly, fidgety as always. Newt brought him to the park, since they're always inside of his suitcase. Eh, it's a lifestyle. Credence really didn't mind, it was filled was tons of lovable creatures. Who wouldn't want to live in something like that? It was nice to get some fresh air and step outside. It was a bench far away from Newt; why? He was uncomfortable. He bumped into Tina Goldstein, Newt's close friend he hasn't seen in a while. Tina wasn't his favorite, but it wasn't a hate like 'Oh dear God, Percival Graves'. It was just... Tina had this "thing" for Newt, and he wasn't sure if Newt has this same "thing" for her; and the only person he's really bonded to and truly knows is Newt Scamander. She had no idea Credence was even here at the park.

"So, Newt, I was wondering... are you free for tonight?" she asked, in a flirty tone. Newt was oblivious as always. He was so adorable, he made the raven boy's heart race and caused butterflies in his stomach.

"... all my creatures are fed and taken care of... they've all been bandages and taken care of... so, yeah, I'm free for tonight! Why?" he smiled brightly, a selfless twinkle in his eyes. Tina started laughing lightly at him.

"You and your creatures... I swear..." she sighed. Credence glued his eyes to the ground and kicked his legs lightly in the air, not sure what to do.

"I was wondering if you would... like to go to the movies with me... like... a date...?" Tina blushed lightly, awaiting a response as if what she asked was nothing. Newt let that sink in, then it hit him.

"Ohhh... a date...! A date...?!" he blushed dark-red, his eyes widening. He wasn't sure how to feel about her offer, Hell, he wasn't sure how he felt about Tina. Credence couldn't help but to eavesdrop. He looked around the scenery of the park rather quick, his anxiety rising. there was a turn in his stomach, like a stab. It was quite painful. He held his stomach quickly and mouthed an 'ow'. This was happened before. Oh yes... many times... the Hanahaki disease he had. He coughed up flower petals uncontrollably because he was head-over-heels for Newt. He had the hots for him. Credence would never tell Newt about how he felt. All his life there was everything but happiness. Broken trust and rejection was one of them. He was different from Muggles, even wizards. He really did trust Newt, he was terrified if he told him he would think he was disgusted and abandon him. Sort of trusted Newt. Credence doesn't even trust himself. They're both the same gender, how could they possibly love each other? He'd ask himself that every day. His selfless kindness, his bright and cheerful smile, the pure twinkle in his eyes, he was so innocent and oblivious, his adorable freckles, his soft and fluffy ginger hair, his everything! Oh god, his everything!! Everything about Newt was absolutely perfect to Credence! Yes, the Hanahaki Disease CAN be removed, but he would be emotionless for the rest of his life. He didn't see the difference, he saw himself as always emotionless. If it got real intense, like if Newt actually flirted without realizing it, Credence threw up rose-red flower petals.

"Hmm..." Newt bit his lip, he didn't want to disappoint Tina, but he really wasn't interesting. Maybe if he could just go out as friends, yeah, just friends. There doesn't have to be any romantic feelings of sparks.

"...O-Okay...! I-I'll go on that date with you..." he gave her a nervous smile. Did he just accept the offer? Were they going to start dating now? Are they a thing now? Will they form a relationship? Credence panicked and sat completely frozen. He had one chance. He was never going to tell Newt any way, ever. He wanted him to be happy and be free to date whoever he pleased. It didn't help him from his wounded heart that would turn more damaged than ever before. His stomach churned and growled violently, messing around his with fragile insides. He covered his mouth and stood up. He rushed away fast; he felt light-headed and nauseous.

"Yay! I'll meet you at your house around seven o'clock then?" Tina asked, mentally squealing with delight. However, Newt was mentally dying inside.

"Sounds good to me, Tina...!" he awkwardly said, not sure what to do next.

"Good! See you then! Gotta go, Queenie needs help with this... new recipe she was writing down, I dunno. Goodbye!" Tina kissed his cheek and walked off.

"G-Goodbye, Tina...!" he placed his hand on his cheek, trying to sort out the mess he got himself into. Awesome, wow! You couldn't say a simple 'no' to them woman. Newt groaned and realized he forgot about Credence. He quickly turned around only to see that he was nowhere to be seen.

"Y-You Squib disappointment...!" Credence spat and threw up black liquid with red flower petals floating on top; or sinking due to how ooey and gooey the black liquid was.

"Y-You couldn't have just told him you liked hi-" he threw up again, the more he threw it the more intense it got. He hurt him so badly. Black tears spilled out of his eyes.

"B-Be happy for him, a-at least he's with someone he likes...! N-Not like he'd love an Obscurial f-freak l-" he yelped out in pain, coughing and gagging the rose-red flower petals. He gasped for air. The flower petals were blocking his lungs from breathing properly. The black liquid filling up his senses.
