Chapter 12:"Heart"

Lyralei's POV
I woke up with bruises all over my body. It hurts.... I tried to stand up but it hurts. I see Garen next to me, bruised and wounded. I touched his wound carefully. Crying, but suddenly he woke up and he said, "Are you okay Lyralei? Are you hurt?." "I'm fine but I have some bruises all over my body." Right next to us are Rylai and Sven.

"Rylai?.." "Lyralei!! Are you ok? Your bruised everywhere and you too Garen. We can't heal you unless Enchantress wakes up but she is wounded and unconcious." "That's a problem."

I see the Dragon, a bear? And Slithice in front of us. Protecting us I guess to who though?

I looked real hard at the dark corner and I see...

"Hu....hu..huh.. What is that?...." "Silthbreaker..." Slithice says. Rylai and Sven stood up preparing for an attack? I crawled over to Echantress and woke her up. "Enchantress. Psst.. hey Enchantress you ok?." "Huh?!... where am I?." "No time for talk. Do you have mana please?." "No..." "damn. We need mana for Enhantress guys."

Dragon comes to us and gave Enchantress a bottle. "Drink up, you will replenish some mana and health. Heal your friends please?." "I will. Thank you Dra-." "Puck." "Thank you Puck."

She quickly drank the bottle and casted Nature's Attendance. Me, Garen, Enchantress, Akasha and Slithice are all healed up and ready to go. I see everyone getting ready to beat this guy up. Silthbreaker comes and he is huge. Like so gigantic. He screams so loud.

"Ready everyone???!!!!" Puck says. "YES WE ARE READY!!!!!!!!." All of us says. "GOOOO!!!!."

We separated into three groups. Me, Rylai and Puck. Sven, Garen and Ursa. And Akasha, Enchantress and Slithice.

Our group are spell damage. Garen's group are physical damage and tank. And Enchantress' group are healing, initiation, harrassment and confusion. Sven's group will go first then us and last is Akasha's group.

Akasha initiated Silthbreaker by screaming at him and Enchantress is ready for any injuries and Slithice is ready for confusing Silthbreaker. Our group then starts using our nuke abilities to weakening him while Sven's group starts covering us.

"Rylai, can you use Freezing Field?." "I can but I will go out of control again." "Rylai focus on your mind. Do not let that evil soul take over you while casting Freezing Field. Your stronger than that evil soul because you have us. We will help you."

Rylai's POV
I focus on my mind, fight the evil soul inside me. GET OUT OF MY GOOD SOUL!! I shouted inside and i felt the evil soul getting out of my good soul.

"FREEZING FIELD!!!."

The breeze around me made me feel stronger. My ice spikes targeting...... Silthbreaker.

"Good job Crystal Maiden." I hear Puck saying that and I looked over to Lyralei and she was smiling. I will always be a good girl.

Puck's POV
I used Dream coil on Silthbreaker to make him stay put and Lyralei began to use Power Shot on him. We did everything we can so it's up to Fafa and Slithice's group.

"Were nuking him now! Go now!!." I yelled at Fafa's group. They rushed to Silthbreaker and began to slashing him everywhere. Silthbreaker just kept screaming and screaming and he tail whipped the three knocking them off.

"Enchantress!! Heal them now! We can hold this!." "Ok!! Akasha, Slithice harrass him now!."

"My dream Coil can't hold much longer!! Hurry up!."

Enchantress' POV
I quicky healed them up but when they got better I saw Lyralei and Puck get knocked out but Silthbreaker picked Lyralei up and.. and..

"AHHHHH!!! HELP!!!! GAREN!!! NOOOOOO!!."

I hear Lyralei but she was devoured by Silthbreaker....

I hear Garen yelled and said, "LYRALEI!!!!! NOOOOO!!!!!! DAMN YOU SILTHBREAKER!!! DIE!."

Garen standing up and rushing towards Silthbreaker and he slashes him everywhere followed by Sven and Ursa.

"Lyralei!! Don't leave me!!! You saved me when the Satyr almost killed me!! LY!!!."

She can't hear me anymore...

"NOOO!!!!."

I wasn't thinking that time so I ran towards Silthbreaker but he picked me up.

"AHH NO!! PLEASE STOP!! NOO!!!!!."

Lyralei's POV
It's dark inside Silthbreaker's stomach. Im going to dissolve soon because of the acids around me..

I look around but all flesh and blood everywhere.

"Am I gonna be like that soon?!."

This is the worst death ever. After I said that I saw a really shiny object. I looked over and it was Silthbreaker's heart. It's pretty but something is off with the shiny heart like it's shine fades away everytime he gets hurt and when he goes berserk the shine fades completely.

Meaning, he actually has a heart that can care for something but who or what is it that he's protecting?

"I need to hurry up before i get killed by the acid."

I climbed up towards Silthbreaker's heart and it's actually small. Like you can pick it up by your hands. The shiny heart connects to his brain, so I climbed up even further until I arrived at his brain.

I looked at the brain and there are small version of Silthbreaker and they are friendly. One baby Silthbreaker said,

"Please help us. Papa ate us and were about to die." "Why did your father ate you guys?." "Because mama died at his very own eyes. He then goes berserk and destroying his people until it's just papa and us, but papa looked like a monster, not our lovable papa. They picked us one by one and devoured us. We have been stuck here for years now. Were Silthbreakers too but we still don't know about this world, we have protective scale that helps us stay safe and we can cast water fountain to drink up." "I am so sorry for your suffering. How do we get out if here?." "The only way to get out is to make his heart shine more and more until you see is only white. But the only problem is that we have to sacrifice ourselves for that." "What?! Is there any other way to get out rather than sacrificing your lives?!."

"There is no other way to escape him. We need your help to get us over to his heart one by one." "How many are you guys?." "Five." "But all I see is four." "Huh? Oh i'm sorry but he is actually just invisible. We can do that to protect ourselves too." "Oh okay."

I hope this works. But I will be sad that the baby silthbreakers will sacrifice their own life.
