Life has been difficult at times for me but I have seen so much more suffering in the world that makes anything we #Americans experience minuscule in comparison. Dont hurt others if you are suffering. Learn how to heal. Life is here to experience. Grow and apologize to others and to yourself and move on! Shed the pain and tears. It only manifests in your body or mind if you dont. #1luv #LookingForwardTo #2018
