Journey [1D]

The Start

This Fanfic was started on november 13,2013. Its crap in the beginning and im sorry for that xD i lack A LOT of details compared to other stories but i didnt really have time for that so other than that...... i hope you like this shit .p.s i swear its a 1D fanfic xD

It was June 24th. It has been a week since I graduated high school with my 3 best friends,Edith, Jamie, and Heidi. We have been applying for colleges and universities since March and so far we have been denied to almost all the schools in California. We eventually decided to go outside California and apply in the east coast and other counties. We all received letters from New York, Washington, Rhode Island, Delaware, Spain, England, and Australia. We decided to open them together at Jaime's house and see where our fate lead us to.

I got up nervously that morning, showered, and changed. As soon as I finished, I headed downstairs to eat some cereal and speak to my mom."Hey mom." "Good morning Jade." "I'm going to Jamie's house today." "Oh to open the letters?" "Yeah, I hope I get accepted to a university in Spain or Australia " "Hmm well good luck with that. It wouldn't surprise me if you get denied, " my mom said joking. "Thanks mother. “ I replied a little annoyed. “well im leaving now"

I got the keys to my car and I was headed to Jaime's house. As i pulled up around the corner i saw Edith and Heidi next to their car. I rolled the window down to talk to them. "What are you guys doing?" "Dude, she isn't up yet," said Edith. "Just hold on, let me park.” As soon as I parked the 3 of us said hi and went around Jamie's house to find that her window was open.

"Hey its open" said Heidi "Good, you go first," said Edith. We climbed into her window quickly and found her on the floor sleeping. "She fell off again,” said Edith. " I wonder if she had a weird dream," said Heidi. I was going to wake her up gently because honesty... I honestly didn't think anyone was a morning person. But Heidi had a different plan...."JAMIE! GET THE FUCK UP! WE HAVE LETTERS TO OPEN!"

Jamie opened her eyes and she looked pissed. "I was having a dream..... ABOUT RYAN FUCKING GOSLING! CAN YOU PLEASE NOT!?!?" Edith and I began to laugh and after Jamie got up, we all sat on her bed. "Do you have your letters?" said Edith. "Yeah. I'm kind of nervous," said Jamie. "Aren't we all," I said. We all had our letters layed out on the bed and then Edith said,"Okay. Washington goes first."

We opened our letters to Washington state anxiously ... "Nope," said Edith." I didn't get in," said Jamie. "Me neither,” Heidi and I said together. "Okay, Rhode Island," said Jamie. We opened the letters and none of us got in. Edith's hands began to shake as we opened the next letter to New York. "nope" said Jamie. "I didn't," said Edith "Me neither," said Heidi. I was looking at my letter knowing I had gotten accepted. The girls were looking at me, waiting for my reply... "did you get in?" said Jamie. "yes". There was silence until Edith said,"You can go with Charley" I quickly intended changing the subject, "Never mind him. Lets just continue.”

Charley was my boyfriend since I was in middle school. He told me about a month ago that he was going to New York University with his older brother.

The next letter we opened was to go to Spain.The only ones who got in were Jamie and Edith. Next, we opened the letter to go to Cambridge. "I got in," said Heidi with a big smile. "ME TOO," said Edith "What the hell.. ME TOO!,” exclaimed Jaime. “This is so weird.. I got in too," I said happily. "Okay. Okay. The last one. Australia " said Heidi. We opened the letters and we all got denied.

"Okay. So the choice is obvious. "said Jamie. "We all go to Cambridge," said Heidi. "But isn't Jade going with Charley?" said Edith. They all turned to me to hear my input but i had to think hard. Go with my 3 best friends since literally 5th grade and have an amazing journey with them... or... start a new life with my boyfriend for about 6 years?

I had no time to really decide on my decision because if I wanted to attend Cambridge I had to leave in two weeks. I really loved my boyfriend but I also didn't want to lose my 3 best friends. My decision eventually came to me.. have THE journey of my life in the beautiful country of England.
