Beautiful Stars (Crosshairs x Drift)

Hound heated the metal and begin to melt it down to the wound, and Cross was Cursing every word in the book, yelling and biting down onto the metal in his mouth, Drift hated seeing him in pain "you are doing well Crosshairs" Drift said trying to comfort/reassure the Paratrooper. Drift reached out and place his hand onto Cross's hand that was in a strong fist, Drift looked up to Crooshairs and gave a smile to him, as if say 'I know this hurts.. just a bit longer', Cross, although felt a little better, still still gridded his teeth on the metal and yelled in agony until the torture was over.
Although it only took 5 minutes, to Cross... it felt like hours. Hound did the best he could with what he had, and did not such a bad job too. Cross was still in a lot of pain and didn't even try to hide it. It was almost nighttime, Hound fell into recharge fast, lying against a half broken wall, snoring away. Drift and Cross on the other hand were not as easy to do so. Crosshairs couldn't because of all the pain, and Drift couldn't because Crosshairs every few seconds would curse or groan in pain, trying to get into some sort of position to recharge in. Drift gave up and walked over to Crosshairs and sat down to his side, Cross took note of the Samurai's tired look, "am I keep'in 'ya up?" Cross sighed, "yes. Here," Drift laid down next to Cross looking up at the stars "lay down and stare at the stars with me" Cross did as told and laid down too, as much as it hurt, he keeled his complaining to a low minimum. As much as he disliked earth, there were some things he enjoyed about it, guess star-gazing was one of them, as stupid as it sounded to him, "Beautiful night, no?" Drift mentioned, "Yep, even if I'm spendin' it here in a scrapyard" Cross chuckled, Something about the peaceful glimmering sky felt soothing, enough to knockout Cross a few hours later.
First a yawn, then a few blinks, but then, slowly but surely, he went into recharge. Once Drift was sure that he was in recharge, he slowly walked back to where he was originally and got some recharge himself.
