Water,a source of the earth trickling down from the sky in a light shower .Moving air classed as wind tousled my hair.It was a cold day or so that was my first thought as I walked through Paris only a light jacket trapping my heat .I dodged puddles unlike the younger generation who jumped and splashed each other .I tried to shield myself from the rain as it became harder .It reminded me of my sleepless nights and rejection from my only love .I now did not know if it were tears or rain-drops that slid down my cheek .My walk slowed as I became more distressed and anxious .After a few moments I stood still hanging my head down low .I finally accepted my heart was shattered and there was no love left for me .I started crying more heavily .My hand held my face as I made my way down  .I sat  on the cold wet ground staring at the raindrops .The rain pouring down on me felt like a thousand needles ripping through my skin and then suddenly it stopped .I looked up and there my friend stood umbrella in hand .I widened my eyes as my friend smiled at me offering help to get up .Slowly I stood .I reached out and wrapped my arms around my honey ..the only one that loved me back .We slowly made our way down the street and for the first time in a while I smiled .
