The New Bakery

ADRIAN:
I walked down the street wrapping my scarf tightly around my neck .I breathed in and out slowly capturing the cold air in my mouth in every intake .My shoes made deep footprints in the snow as I walked as fast as I could to get to the bakery where I hoped there would be warmth .I had heard that it had opened just yesterday .My best friend Nino had told me that the baked goods were amazing and the people that made them were even nicer .
After 20 minutes of speed walking I finally reached the bakery .I looked inside to find a small line of people waiting to be served .Other people sat down on the petite chairs and tables laughing and smiling .I pushed the door open and heard a bell ring as the door shut behind me .I took a step forwards and was instantly greeted by warmth and the smell of baked croissants.I could already feel a little drool come out of my mouth as I smelled the air .Due to my strict diet I never usually could eat such things as croissants but my father was away so I had snuck out to try them .I walked up to the line and waited .When I finally got to the front I ordered and went to a table and sat down .After a few minutes i heard footsteps coming towards me.I looked up and met eyes with a girl around my age .She wore a light pink dress with pink pumps and a white apron .Her black hair with a blue tint was in pigtails attached with white bows .I looked intensely at her and suddenly she smiled .I blushed at the sight of it .She was pretty and I instantly felt her presence making me blush ."hello order 21 right ,green tea with a croissant?" She asked in a sweet voice ."oh yes " " So what is your name ?" I'm marinette" she said holding out her hand "Adri ..I'm ummm Adrian "I said before kissing her hand .She blushed as did I .She let go of my hand before saying "see you around ".She then disappeared out of sight .
