Jade was texting her best friend Lloyd, when she heard the alarm. 'Sorry Lloyd I have to do my Job.' she texted him. 'Aaa, Okay luckly some here hey maybe will be seeing each ;)' Lloyd texted back. 'Huh, Maybe.' After that Jade put on her ring and ran to the mission room. Where Batman was giving the missions out. She saw the team was already there. She sighed and stand next to Tim who was trying not to blush because he was standing next to Conner. She just stood there waiting to see if she was going to get a mission today.  "Alright today you all well join a team from some were else now behave."
Jade's P.O.V

Batman told us that we'll be working with a team that from a different country. Sweet. I wander who it could be? I ask myself with a little smile. "Young Green lantern. Get your head out of the clouds and go help the...team out when you see them." Batman said to me. I blushed in embracement and nodded as I see some of the others shake their head or looked confused at me. Next up was him giving us our assignments. I already got mine so I left before he could say the others since I had permission to go meet them.... that and I already knew where they were so that was a pulse.

I waited for the team we'd be working with to come. I was in my normal day close with my green lenses sunglasses on. I sighed. "Heya, Hot stu-JADE?!?!?" I heard the flirty familiar hotheaded voice. "Hey Kai." I said as I roll my eyes. He was always flirting with everyone. "Kai, what's going on-oh, h-h-hi Jade." I heard a really shy voice say. "Hey, Jay." I said as I turn to him. "Its nice to see you again." We turned to see the others standing there. "You guys too." I said with a little smile. Cole looked around for a moment. "We're suppose to meet someone here but I don't see them." I laughed at him cause I knew what was going on. "What's so funny little sis?" (Oh, yeah kinda forgot to mention that we're half siblings.) "Oh, just that I'm the person your trying to meet." I looked at Lloyd who got what I was saying. After that they followed me to Mt.Justice. "So who's side kick or young super hero are you?" Lloyd asked with a little smile on hu s face cause he knew. "Well, I'm the first green lanterns side kick/kid." I told them. Cole got what I was saying. "But how did you join the young justice?" Zane asked. I stopped for a moment and sighed. "I didn't join that long ago since it's almost been like what 9 months since I joined?" I told them as we started up walking again.  "Oh, and I should mention don't say my actual name when your around Miss Martin, Wonder girl, Beast boy, Aqualad, and ect. Except Red roabin, Superboy, Impluse, Kid flash, nightwing, and Blue Beatle." I explain to them. "So we have to call you by your side kick name...nice." Said Nya. I rolled my eyes.
*time skip*
When we got there, I saw nightwing/Grayson talking to Kidflash/ Wally. I rolled my eyes again and cough to get everyone's attention. "Um, guys their here." I told them. They looked at me then saw them walk in. Thankfully the ninja wore the ninja suits so that way they won't know their secret identity. I sighed and knew that Dick would ask me to show them around since he knew I knew them. "Nice. Too meet you guys."
*time skip to a misson cause I'm the biggest lazy ass ever*
We were battling one of my old enemie. It's hard to say who she is but know that shr really never care for life on earth. She made duplicates of the team but she was fighting me instead. I got hurt badly and when I was on the ground I looked around to see everyone getting hurt cause if me. I sighed. I saw Lloyd getting hurt by his black Figure. I lookef and saw wally trying to beat his and saw Dick trying to make a mark on his. Every one was trying there best but failing at it. I kinda also forgot to mention the Justice League was fighting with us too. I saw my dad protecting Barry. I looked to see Black magic or Kate, as I use to know her by, come near me. "Look around Young Green lantern  your friends and family are done. So surrender now our die." She told me. I looked at her. "No. My team has not lost but you have." She looked confused at me. I gave a huge sigh. I got on my knees then did something I thought I would never use in my life. My powers of a Phoenix. Kate looked at me. "What are you doing, you fool you know that we're both going to die if you do this." She said. "I know but if it means defeating you than so be it cause, if it means they get to live in a world we you can't trick, make, kill, rape, or even hurt anyone any more than that's fine. By. Me." I said as I got up and used my one hand to hurt her while she does th e same. I start to feel myself be coming weak.
No one's P.O.V
While Jade was giving all she got to Kate everyone stopped and watch in confusion. Lloyd relized what shes doing. "Ygl. No your going to kill yourself if you don't stop." He shouted as everyone else tried to stop her. She looked at everyone and smiled while she and Kate was being shattered. 'Thank you all but this us some that must be done and something I want to finish on my own. And to let you guys know I'll always be around to fight with you guys no matter what." She said as ev everything turn white. Everyone coughed. "Jade." Lloyd whispered as he ran up to her. He stopped dead at her corpse. "no...No...No...NOOO" he shouted as he picked her up. "Nonononon, why Jade...Why" the last thing he asked before everyone else came.
*Time....Skip....*
Lloyd's P.O.V
We sat at Jades funeral. I was really upset jade wasn't just my best friend nor my sister she was my girlfriend. I heard my uncle tell everyone his opinion on her. He seemed really upset to loose a student like Jade. I mean she was one greatest teen we knew. It was Kai's turn to speak. He got up and said this. "Jade was one of the greats teen I knew. She was kind, brave, pretty, strong, awesome and most of all caring." He paused and looked at everyone. "She never really cared about what happened to get as long as we're okay. She never stopped being there for us when we needed her nor did she stop us from being her friend. I remember when I did the most dumbest prank to her, I thought she would stop being there for me or stopped being my friend but...she didn't all she did was laugh it of like it was the funnest joke...but threw all threw all the trouble we go through she was all was like a sister to us and she never gave up. So Jade ever you are, we miss you." He finished. We all started to cry because that was really great. After we all finished the Guardians of the lanterns try to take her ring since it didn't come off. We were all confuse since it didn't come off. Whatever I guess. As soon everyone left I walked over to Jades body. I smiled since I knew why the ring didn't come off but I didn't want to tell anyone till the time was right.
