"Cameron! No!" I shouted, all but flying off the couch. At first I thought it was just a bad dream, but I had this feeling I couldn't shake.

Something was wrong.

Cameron wasn't here.

His car wasn't here.

He left no note. That's not like him. Not like him at all.

I glanced around the living room & noticed James was gone too.

Did they go together? Were they okay? I couldn't take it anymore.

I hurried back to Ben and Danny's room, knocking on the door. No answer.

Both men are heavy sleepers. I sighed and carefully cracked the door, stunned when I noticed Danny was missing too.

"Ben!" I shouted "Ben! Wake up"

Ben's eyes opened slowly, stretching his arms up and over his head. "Sam, calm down. What's wrong?" He asked sleepily.

"I thought it was just a bad dream, but it wasn't. I have a bad feeling something is wrong" I began, swallowing hard. "Cameron is gone. So is his car. He didn't leave me a note or anything. James is gone too. And now I see someone else is gone..." my voice trailed off as I heard the news blaring from the living room tv.

"This is Angela from FOX5 news, I'm on the scene of what appears to be a deadly crash."

My heart stopped. That was Cameron's car. I knew that was his car when I first saw it.

"Cameron!" I screamed as I ran to the tv, placing my hand against the screen.

"Oh my God." Ben said when he finally joined me.

I could tell he was already a mess. He brought his hand up to cover his mouth as he sat down on the edge of the couch.

"You might recognize Mr

"You might recognize Mr. Liddell as one of the guitarists from British rock band, Asking Alexandria. Also, Mr. Cassells also in AA, as fans would call them, played the drums for the band.

"Such a senseless tragedy that could have been avoided. 2 innocent young lives were taken today. Hold your loved ones a bit closer tonight. You never know when it might be your last. This is Angela Green with FOX5 news, back to you Stan."

I couldn't breathe. Could feel my legs starting to give out from under me. Seconds later I hit the ground and Ben was instantly by my side.

"He can't be dead Ben." I cried. "He can't."

Ben wrapped his arms tightly around my waist keeping me close. "I'm so sorry, Sam"'Ben started, his voice already beginning to crack "we'll get through this. I promise." He said softly.

I couldn't move. I was paralyzed with fear. How was this my fault? How did I cause their deaths when I don't even remember leaving the house?

Tears streamed down my cheeks as I watched the firemen work hard to put out the fire. Cameron and James' bodies weren't visible anymore. Which is probably a good thing.

The police had stopped to question me, but given 'the state I was in' decided to hold off on all the questions for now.

Which I was thankful for. What would I have told them anyway?

I took in a deep breath, trying to regain my composure as I turned around, starting to walk in the direction of the house.

It wasn't long until those guys were back, trying to coax me into the car.

Keeping my eyes ahead, all I could do was think about getting home to Ben & Sam. They needed me and boy did I need them.

"Murderer!" They shouted, laughing as they kept right next to me.

The more they taunted me, the faster the tears began to fall. Maybe they were right. Maybe I did somehow have something to do with this.

The car stopped right ahead of me and one of the guys got out "listen, we can help you get away. Okay? We can hide you out until things settle down." He said.

"I need to find Ben and Sam." I said.

"We'll get you to them too." He promised, pointing toward the open car door. "Come on, let us help you."

Maybe they were right. Maybe I did need their help.

I climbed in the car, immediately regretting my decision.

My head started pounding and I was finding it harder and harder to keep my eyes open. I sighed softly and let my eyes shut slowly, hoping this headache would end soon.

"You rest now" one of the men started "we'll wake you when we get there"

I nodded, resting my head against the window and allowed myself to get comfortable and slowly slipped into a restless sleep.

I'd finally managed to get Sam settled down and slipped outside to smoke.

What the fuck was going on? Why did Cameron and James leave? What happened to them out there? Where the fuck was Danny?

I was terrified not knowing if Danny was hurt, if the people who killed Cameron and James had kidnapped him, or worse.

I sighed as I pulled my phone out once more, dialing Danny's name.

"Hey this is Danny, you know what to do"

I shook my head "danny, please check your fucking messages and call me. Something bad has happened. We need you here. Baby I need you here. I'm scared, Danny. Please come home. I love you" I said as I ended the call, sliding the phone back in my pocket.

I finished the rest of my cigarette and tossed it on the ground, taking a deep breath and blowing it out slowly.

I stood outside a bit longer before turning to head back inside.

Shutting the door quietly behind me I was pleased to see Sam had managed to fall asleep on the couch, clutching the pillow.

I bit at my lower lip as I sat on the edge of the couch, running my fingers through Sam's hair.

"We'll get to the bottom of this, bro. I promise. We'll find out who did this, and why. I promise." I said softly as the tears started slipping down my cheeks once more.
