~•The Next Day and Kawaii~Chan's POV•~
Yesterday at the lake was awesome. I learned that me and Zane had so much in common, like he was a best friend to me... But now that I known him for so long... I feel like I love him. I can't stop thinking about his adorable freckles and smile... The way he looks at me... I just love everything about him. "Kawaii~Chan??" Zane asked, waving his pale hand in front of my face. I shook my head, snapping my thoughts back to reality. I looked at the clock, then Zane, who was now laughing his head off. "You were drooling!" He said in between laughs, then I quickly used my sleeve to wipe the drool away from my mouth and my desk. We grabbed our bags and we went to the cafeteria. "Balcony as usual?" He asked. I nodded, smiling, as he gave out a small chuckle. He went to go get his lunch, while I already had mine, since I always pack one. Aphmau pulled me aside, as we talked for a bit. "...so you like Zane?" She whispered, but also squealed. "Y-Yeah... Just don't tell Zane~Kun or anyone else in the school, please?" I begged, as she nodded and walked off. As I turn to the balcony, I saw Zane... But Michi was flirting with him. I couldn't help but stare... Zane looked like he felt awkward... "Come on, sweetie~" she giggled. I felt my ears twitch. As I took a step forward, Michi grabbed Zane by the collar of his shirt and kissed him...
~•Zane's POV•~
"Come on, sweetie~" she giggled. Before I could react, she firmly grabbed the collar of my shirt, as she ripped my mask off, placing her lips on mine. My eyes widen, even though an eye was covered, I knew it was widened... I saw Kawaii~Chan, waiting for me, but she was staring at me and Michi. Her eyes were red, and she was crying. Michi pulled back and smirked. I quickly ran to Kawaii~Chan, but she only glared at me. "K-Kawaii~Chan..?"
"Sorry Senpai, but I need to do something! I don't have time for your silly games!" She snapped. I felt hurt... Was it because the girl I truly trusted and possibly loved snapped at me? "Y-You're eyes... They're red..." I stuttered, staring at them. She continued glaring at me, until she turned her back to me and walked down the stairs. I ran after her, but I lost her... A few moments later, I heard high-pitched screams and psychopathic laughter. I ran back upstairs, and everyone was at the wall, traumatized. I looked to the balcony, and Kawaii~Chan was brutally stabbing Michi... And they were covered in blood... "KAWAII~CHAN, WHAT THE F***?!" I just let the words escape my mouth and she turned to me... I knew she wasn't herself...
