Chapeter 5 Boy Meets Evil

I guess I dozed off because when I woke, the TV was turned off and my head was on Jimin's lap while he had his hand on my shoulder.

My blanket was draped over me and my pillow was still on the floor. I could tell it was still night because there wasn't any noise at all except the odd car.

Jimin's lap was warm. I didn't want to leave it... ever.

He must have noticed that I was awake; rustling a little in his lap.

"Hey, when did you get here?"

I smiled to my amusement.

I turned my head up to face him and my body followed. As I did so, his hand moved to go down to my stomach. He smiled to match mine

"When you were sleeping. You left the TV on you big dork." I said giggling silently.

I sighed when I was done giggling.

Jimin just smiled and brushed the hair off my face. I knew something was different with him. He wouldn't be this caring for me normally. By now he would say something like "now get off before YOU get tempted to do SOMETHING!" At least, I was expecting something a little like that but no, it wasn't like that and I could tell that Jimin wasn't gonna do that. I finally decided to say that I knew something was up.

"You okay Jiminie? You seem-"

"I'm fine"

"But-"

"I said I'm fine."

"Really?"

He looked up at the ceiling, then looked back at me.

"Yeah..."

Now I knew for sure that he was hiding something. But What?

I couldn't ask anymore or else he would snap. If he got angry then first he would wake up everyone and second, it would be hard to get him to calm down again. I know I don't know what it was like in his old home and city but I couldn't help but wonder if that place was really the problem.

Jimin gestured with his head for me to sit back up.

When I got to the position of sitting, he decided to talk with me.

"You know the other day when we ran into Lee and his bunch at the convenience store?"

I nodded.

"I can't help but wonder what it would be like if Lee was never in this world or he never had the "power" he has now with school and friends... you know?"

The only thing at this point I could do or let myself do was nod. I don't really know what he was talking about at the time. What it would be like if Lee wasn't in this world. It would be a living hell still. Like No! There would still be a bully whether it was Lee or some other chap that didn't care about us at all. So NO, I don't know.

Jimin looked at me intensely. I felt like I could feel him scaring away my soul and the only thing that would be left is a dead carcass for him to deal with.

My hands tightened on my shorts. Jimin looked down to where I was squeezing.

"You are beautiful." He said out of the blue.

I blushed not trying to hide it at all.

"What do you say we do something fun?"

That was sudden. What did he mean by something Fun? While I was thinking to myself, jimin put his hands on my shoulders and pulled me close to him.
