Unexpected Surprise

Bad taste in men

Carina was nervous. Reyes had asked her to attend Sloane's party with him. Sloane hates Carina; they almost shot each other when they first met! Carina walked into the outcast headquarters, which smelled like metal and gunpowder, mixed with blood and sweat. Lovely. The whole port left carina feeling dirty, but she liked it there because she could be with Reyes.
She walked in with him, and he asked her to wait for him and mingle. "Seriously? I came her for you." She said. She was annoyed and felt slightly abandoned. "Don't worry, I'll make it up to you. Promise." Reyes replied with a wink.
"Cut loose for a night, come out for a drink. I knew you were up to something." Carina said sarcastically when she finally found Reyes in a storage room searching for something.  Reyes looked at her amused and said "it's for both our benefit. Promise." "You've been making a lot of promises lately." Carina replied. "Quick! Someone's coming! We need a distraction!" Reyes said hurriedly. Carina immediately looked into his eyes and pulled him into her. She closed her eyes as their lips touched. His lips were soft and supple, and so nice. He grabbed her waist and slid his tongue to meet hers. Carina moaned with joy, as she complied and eagerly kissed him with longing. She heard someone walk in but did not even care. She was too blown away by how wonderful this man kissed. They pulled apart and he smiled at her. "I think we are in the clear." Reyes said. Carina replied, "Maybe another kiss to be sure?" Reyes grinned mischievously and said "Now you are just teasing me."

"Finally! Here it is!" Reyes said as he pulled out a bottle of whiskey. "That's what this is all about? A bottle of Whiskey?" Carina asked with a sigh. "The only bottle of Mount Milgrim left in Andromeda. Triple distilled and 645 years old. This isn't whiskey, it's treasure." Reyes said as he patted the bottle. Carina rolled her eyes and said "I hope you're planning on sharing. I did come up with the greatest distraction ever." Reyes grabbed her hand and they ran out together.
