"Serena?" The raven haired boy called out.

He currently was helping her move her stuff into his car. He wasn't a fan of the idea but he had to support her anyway. "Yes?" She answered as she was also carrying a box.

"There's no more room." Ash informed her as he made way for her dog.

She sighed, "Let's go drop off those stuff, and we can finish the rest tomorrow." She explained as the two headed out to his car.

Ash started the engine as he pulled out of the driveway. He was still in shock, for the years he had known Grace, never in his mind did he actually think that she will leave her daughter.

It made him feel better about having a mother who cared for him. And, that's when an idea strucked him.

He made a quick turn, scaring the honey blonde as she let out a little scream. "Ash!" She glared as he responded back with a cheeky grin.
"Why are we turning back?" She questioned.

"You'll see." The young adult smirked as Serena had crossed her arms.

The raven haired boy made a turn into a familiar street. Serena was quiet not even wanting to question as she knew she won't get an answer.

A familiar women was out gardening with a certain cat, sleeping in the grass. Ash exited his car, with a confused girlfriend behind.
"Trust me," he smiled as he gave Serena a peck on her lips.
"Mom!" He yelled out grabbing Delia's attention.

She stood up, as she took off her gloves, giving her son a hug. After, She reached over to Serena giving her a greeting hug. "I thought you were going to come by later," She stated as her brown eyes stared into her son's.

"Why did Grace leave?" He asked straightforward. Delia was surprised at his outburst but as she took a glance of boxes in his car. She knew what was happening.

"Serena, your mother loves you," Delia approached the honey blonde as she laid her hand on Serena's shoulder. "She will never abandon you."

Serena sighed as she was disappointed. "You knew that she left."

"You'll see why, in three days," She said, leaving her in more confusion.
"Your mother knows what she's doing," Delia reassured her.

Ash got in as he informed that they had to drop off her stuff. "Wait," Serena interrupted him.

"Let's go back to my house," She sighed as she said her goodbye to Delia and left with Ash.

"Giving her a chance?" The raven haired asked with a smirk on his face.

Serena shoved him playfully. "Shut up,"
