Elizabeth looked up from her note book, finishing off the sentence on the board. As she stared at the board, trying to memorise the words, the teacher rubbed the board off. Elizabeth sighed, putting her pencil down, knowing she would be in trouble once again for 'not paying attention.'
It was clear that the teacher despised her, mostly because of her foul mouth and attitude. She leaned back on her chair, throwing her head back and groaning.
"Elizabeth, please pay attention!" The teacher scolded the girl. The whole class looked at Elizabeth, amused at the situation that unfolded upon them. Elizabeth was known for talking back at the teacher, she was the class clown.
"Miss, it's hard for me to concentrate when you're rubbing the board when I'm literally in the middle of writing!" Elizabeth yelled, steadying the chair she sat on to be in its original position and picked up her small, unsharpened pencil.
"Elizabeth, meet me after class" The teacher went back to explaining and setting new examples.
Elizabeth groaned once more but the teacher ignored the some-what annoying blonde.

As the bell rang, indicating the start of the last break, all the students packed their things up and stood behind their assigned chair. The teacher dismissed everyone. As everyone was pushing to get out the class, two people were held back.
Stanley Uris, known for being a jew and being in The Losers' Club, stood behind his seat. His seat was in the front of the class, sat beside his friend, Bill Denbrough. Meanwhile, Elizabeth sat in the middle of the class, next to Beverly Marsh. She wasn't what you would call 'good friend's' with Beverly, the two girls grew close together by bonding over the hatred of Henry Bowers.
"Now, Elizabeth, I see that your grades are slipping" Elizabeth snorted, agreeing.
"I'm assigning Stanley Uris to be your tutor" The teacher crossed her arms, waiting for their reactions.
"Wait what?"
"WHAT" You would obviously guess whose reactions were who's. Elizabeth was annoyed, sure, she would admit that Stanley was cute, but he would take up all her time.
"At least you didn't have to be put with Richie Tozier, Stanley here is at the top of the class, you should learn a bit from him" The teacher smiled at the two.
"And Elizabeth, if your grades stay the same, there will be a parent teacher meeting" The voice of the old teacher's voiced boomed through out the classroom. The teacher obviously enjoyed seeing Elizabeth under her control. Elizabeth groaned and tried to protest, only to be stopped.
"No complaining, do as I say!" The teacher yelled. Stanley was quiet, looking at the two who were arguing.
"You are both dismissed" The teacher made a gesture, telling them to get the hell out of her classroom. The two walked out the class.
"Since you're gonna tutor me, I'm gonna have to make some rules up" Elizabeth rushed a bit to be in front of Stanley. Stan stopped, looking at the girl.
