This isn't a sad headcannon

The reason why Scotland stopped wearing his cape is because chibi! England used to climb on it and cry whenever his big Scottish brother leaves, But even if he doesn't have the cape on anymore, England still clings on Scotland's leg and cries until he kind of stops. The only person who knew were the Kirkland brothers and France.
