Kingdom Hearts Fan Fic [Reader x Sora]

Chapter 2

The next day [y/n] didn't go to the usual spot, she went back to the mansion, she had to find out more, how? she doesn't know yet, she shakes her head at her confusion and jumps back into the mansion, she goes to a different room today, going to the right instead, she finds herself in a library, sort of... there's a table in the middle of the room, not much else. she has a look at some books, not much in them, just old stories, history books, and geography books. Why did she think there would be anything about Roxas or this boy in here, she decides to leave and goes back to the white room, she still hasn't seen anyone here yet, don't know why she thought someone may live here... you never know, do you?

[y/n] study's these drawings some more, she soon thinks she's wasting her time, she goes to leave, turning around she gets scared by a girl sitting at the table!

"Oh my god!" [y/n] shouts out placing her hand on her heart, "Are you real?... Or are you a ghost?" [y/n] asks the girl smiles and shakes her head. "I am real.. you could say" she says softly. "What do you mean?" [y/n] asks. "That doesn't matter, my names Namine"

"Nice to meet you, I'm [y/n]"

"I know you, you were friends with Roxas" [y/n] looks confused. "How did you know Roxas?"

"It's a long story... you see I have magic powers... that allows me to change people's memories" [y/n] nods. "So you can change anyone's memories?" Namine nods. "So that's why everyone forgot about him.. but why didn't you affect me?" [y/n] asks. "You were such great friends... I didn't want you to lose a good friend"

"But I did... where is he?"

"He's..." she stops and looks down, like she's thinking about it... [y/n] waits for her to answer. "Ok... he was never supposed to exist... just like me, we are nobody's" [y/n] silent laughs "What is a nobody?"

"Nobodies are parts of people that have been taken away from them, some can return to their person or not if that person is no longer around, it happens when people are turned into a heartless" Namine stops so [y/n] can catch up. "And a heartless is?" she asks. "A heartless is a living embodiment of darkness created when a heart is swallowed by darkness which then creates the nobody" [y/n] nods "So Roxas is... was a nobody"

"Yes"

"So... what happened to him then" [y/n] asks again. "He went back to where he belongs, the good side if you like"

"So I'll never see him again?" Namine shrugs, "Maybe, anything's possible [y/n]" [y/n] small smiles and looks down at the picture she took. "Who is this boy in this drawing?"

"That's Sora, he was once turned into a heartless, which then created Roxas, they are both connected now."  [y/n] sighs, "Ok... so he's with him now"

"Yes, he's happy and Sora is a good person, he fights the heartless and protects worlds from darkness, along with his friends Donald and Goofy" Namine smiles, [Y/n] smiles back "That must be nice, exploring new worlds"

"Is it, although maybe not fighting the heartless though" Namine laughs, [y/n] laughs also, "I guess not, haha" [y/n] puts the picture back on the wall and smiles, "I never got to say goodbye..." she frowns and sighs. Namine looks down sadly, "I'm sorry [y/n]"

"It's ok. it's how it was meant to turn out right?" Namine nods, "That's true, I'm sorry I have to go before they find me back here"

"Who's 'they'?" [y/n] asks, "Oh...That's to be told another time" she smiles and then disappears? [y/n] sighs and looks back at the drawing of Roxas, a small tear falls... "I guess I'll see you in another life..." she smiles and then leaves the mansion, she goes to her sister's shop.

"Hey! where you been all morning sis?" Hayden smiles as [y/n] walks in. "Just around..." she sits down behind the desk and starts doing her summer homework. Hayden looks worried at her sister, she knows she's missing her friend. "Sounds like fun, " she says and leads on the desk. "Y'know you can tell me anything that's on your mind [y/n]..." Hayden smiles at her, [y/n] nods. "I know... thank's Hayden" they both smile and laugh together. "So... Pizza for dinner, my treat" Hayden smiles, [y/n] nods. "Y'know I can't say no to pizza" [y/n] chuckles and smiles. Hayden just wants to see her sister happy again, she knows, she's halfway happy, but ever since that boy left, [y/n] hasn't been herself lately, she just doesn't know what to do, she try's talking to her again and again, but she always declines. So... what is she meant to do, if only her parents were there they'd know what to do.

The day came to an end, Hayden was closing up the shop when a dog suddenly comes running around the corner and makes Hayden jump, "Where'd you come from" she says and checks his collar, "Pluto..." she looks around for anyone who could be his owner. "Hello is anyone here?!" she calls out again, no one answers. "Hmm, why don't you come home with me, tomorrow we'll look around for your owner" she smiles and then walks home with Pluto. She arrives home and [y/n] is on the couch reading. "Hey, I got something to tell you," Hayden says. "What's that?" [y/n] stands up and sees the dog, "You got a dog?!" Hayden laughs, "No, I found him by my shop, no one was around so, tomorrow I thought we could look around" [y/n] checks his collar, nothing just his name, that's weird she thought. "Ok, I'll help, I could make some posters" [y/n] suggested, Hayden agreed, "That's a good idea" [y/n] smiles and starts working on the posters. Hayden smiles knowing [y/n] now has something to work on and to keep her busy.
