(I tried to write this to the tune of Stone Tower Temple from Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, but some parts don't quite fit.)
I am trapped inside of me
Someone come and set me free
Not one word escapes my parted lips
Behind bars is where they always lay
Why can't I speak out against the darkness?
Idle tongue, move! Don't make others pay
(shed light on the way
bring forth a new day

don't make their souls pay)
Silence reigns, it will win this war
Evil plays, laughs at my scorn
Wake up now! Before it's torn
Don't waste time, unlock the door
Bound by my fear
Devils now lurk here
Do I dare
Pretend they're not there?
I have wings set to soar
I am blocking my own door
Stubborn lips, tell me what they will prove
Beating heart, take hold! Make them obey
Now's my time, my chance to make a move
Make a move...
I am trapped inside of me
Someone come and rescue me
In the shade, the shadows of my sin
I am dark. Guilt kills me from within
Buried deep, drowning in my own screams
Prisoner guarding my own key
(open up your hands
let guilt blow away
open up your heart
you won't go astray)
I have tried to save myself
I thought I was so strong
Please come near, heal my wounds
Make right what I have done wrong
Confess all
Or innocence fall
