I'm feeling like complete crap today everyone. My cheer stunt fell at half time and they are all blaming me when I'm trying my hardest to learn control so I won't fall. My insomnia is catching up to me again. Track and field completely messed me up with the diet I went on then, I need to eat fattier foods more often now. Then finally my appetite, it hasn't always been an issue but, now it's not as large and I need to gain weight because I am underweight by quite a bit and it's just, it's gone down. I can't tell my team any of this though because guess what, they'd think I was making an excuse when I literally get sick because of one of these. When I first went on my track diet I nearly fainted one day in school, I would have fainted or puked if I didn't go to the nurse and get sent home.
