It makes me genuinely sad that you would throw away the chance of making all of these new memories with all of these people. And all because of some stupid shit you did when you were younger.
Everyone makes mistakes.
Some people just choose to keep theirs to themselves.
To hide away in the corner so they cant be judged for what they did wrong.
But if you take away the chance to learn from those mistakes then whats the point in making them.
I think you are so utterly brave to sit there and even be able to fake a smile on days. And even more fucking brave when you have the courage to show your real emotions to people. When you get out of bed in the morning and decide to make it a good day. Thats what you should be thinking about.
And yes thinking about your mistakes it how you learn from them. And how you grow from them. I just want you to know that its okay to make these mistakes as long as you see what made them mistakes in the first place.
And to you, thank you for admitting it. Thank you for being strong enough to stand up and say you were an asshole. And take responsibility for the shit you did to my friend, and grow from that mistake.
