Everyone was in the dance studio today. Tori wanted to come along to watch what Min Jun had learnt with his BTS family.
He still wasn't very good but he was trying so hard. Hoseok was also a very patient teacher, probably because he's had to put up with Jin and Namjoon for years. (I'm sorry but they are getting better)
Tori would find herself looking at Jimin as he practiced. It was also nice to see him with his son dancing, but that wasn't all she was focused one. His body still moved so gracefully and look so perfect.
She excused herself from the room before her mind wondered too far. Her and Jimin still haven't gone further than kiss since their relationship had started and she had already admitted to herself that she wanted more... a lot more.
Min Jun was mostly always the interruption, but there's not much they can do about that.
While Tori was in the hallway clearing her thoughts PD nim's assistant taped her on the shoulder.
"Are you Tori?" he asked, unsure.
"Yes" Tori said confused.
"Good, um PD nim wanted to see you in his office" He said more sure of himself now.
"Okay" Tori said still a little confused. The assistant was about to walk away but Tori stopped him, "Wait, sorry but where is his office?"
He looked at her, then smiled. "I'll show you the way"
---
Tori stepped into the office and saw PD working on something on his computer.
"Ah Tori, come in. Take a seat" He said with a smile once he noticed her by the door.
Tori walked to one of the seats in front of his desk and sat. She didn't know why she was there and didn't really know what to say, so she waited for him to speak.
"It's nice to see you after all these years" He said and smiled again.
"You too" Tori said politely.
"And how's your little boy?" He asked, like he was working himself up what he really wanted to say.
"He's good. He loves being here with BTS... Is that why you've asked me here? I understand if you don't want him running around the build" Tori said jumping to the conclusion he didn't was her or Min Jun here.
"No, no it's fine that you're both here. And plus he needs to spend some time with his father, right?" He said and continued to smile.
Tori, however, was shocked by the statement. 'As if he actually knows right?' she thought to herself.
PD, seeing his statement had shocked her, continued; "Tori, it's obvious to me that the guy in the media with you isn't the father and from what I saw when you were working here you and Jimin were very close. There's no need to hide this secret from me anymore."
"I can explain" she said as if she did still work here and he was about to fire her.
"There's no need to explain. You and Jimin had something and a child was the product of it. Anyway, there's not much I can do about it now, since you don't work here anymore" he said, still cheery like he was when she entered.
"How long have you known?" Tori asked curiously.
"Since about a month after you left" he answered.
"What, how? I didn't tell you I was pregnant when I quit" Tori said surprised by his answer.
"Okay, so maybe I didn't work it out like I've lead on. A month or so after you left, Jimin told me. He was very distracted and when I brought him into my office to talk one day he spilled everything" PD said.
Tori smiled because it sounds like something Jimin would defiantly do.
"So you were never mad or scared of what might happen because of it?" Tori asked wanting to know why nothing was ever done about the matter.
"I was mad but what could I do. You already left and nothing had been leaked to the media. It also made me feel better when I saw you protecting Jimin and BTS from any bad publicity because of it. And for that I want to thank you" PD said as if Tori had saved his life or something.
"I never wanted to ruin Jimin career for something we were both responsible for "Tori explain, "And I'm happy to hear that you're okay with what happened."
"Of course, maybe one day Min Jun could be the start of the second generation BTS" PD said, raising an eyebrow.
Tori laughed lightly.
"I actually asked you here to discuss a more important matter" PD said and became slightly more serious.
Tori nodded waiting for him to continue.
"Well the girl group you were working with before you left have recently lost their choreographer and I was wondering, since you already know the girl, would you want to step in and become their choreographer again?" he asked, still serious but also almost desperate.
Tori didn't know what to say. Of course she still loves dancing and would love to be a professional choreographer but she was never planning on staying past a few months.
"What about Min Jun?" Tori asked. He would always be her number one priority.
"Well the media already think the guy in Australia is the father and they seem to have stopped digging. As far as I can tell, he will never be seen as Jimin child which will continue to be a positive for BTS."
Tori's heart sank. She didn't want Min Jun to never be able to say his father was Jimin.
"Is there any chance that might change and we can tell people he's Jimin's?" Tori asked.
"No... If we tell the media Jimin's the father, BTS will suffer greatly. The fans will realise they've been lied to for years and I doubt they continue to support them" PD said understanding how hard that would be to hear.
Tori thought for a minute. She could either go back to Australia were she had a pretty ordinary life or she could be a choreographer like she had dreamed of being. But either choice, her and Jimin will always be a secret and Min Jun will never be seen as Jimin's son.
"Can I think about it?" Tori said not being able to decide.
"Sure, but I need an answer before the end of the week so I can look for a choreographer if you decline" he says.
Tori nodded as he gave her a smile.
'Why's my life made of hard choices?' she questioned herself on the walk out.
