"Happy Birthday Ureena." he handed her the gift box. "Wow, thank you. I wasn't expecting anything from anyone honestly."
He offered to put it on for her. Once the necklace was on she went to the full length mirror in her room and admired the accessory hanging on her neck.

She also saw Henry's reflection behind her and his hand somehow found hers. Their fingers slowly intertwined. With his free hand he traced the accessory over her color bone with his finger tips. This caused her to smile and drop her head back on his shoulder. They stared at each others reflection their bodies touching.

He span her around so that she was facing him. He slowly leaned in to kiss her. Something he's been waiting to do fo awhile now. With one hand he held her lower back and with the other he held her neck. While she held his shoulders. In desperation not to end this moment she held onto him tighter. The kiss was gentle and passionate and really slow.

After that faithful day he never did see her again because- his flashback was interrupted by Ureena's quick and sudden movement. She snatched the accessory back. Relief washing over her.

She knows that she shouldn't have kept the necklace after what has happened but she couldn't help herself. That necklace held memories. "Why do you still have that with you?" he asked
"Because." she stated bluntly
"First of all, 'because' is not an answer and second it was not my fault I was forcefully told to marry. My father assumed that lady would bring great riches to the family. I was only twenty. I had no control of what my parents wanted of me. Please you have to believe me."

"Your parents should have let you make your own decision when you were eighteen. Although I never said I don't believe you." Ureena said bitterly "Then why on earth are you acting so sour?"

"We would not be having this conversation if that day hadn't happened." she stated
"The day I was forced to leave and be married? Or the day we shared our first kiss?" he asked eager to know

"Oh please don't act blonde. Of course I'm talking about the day you left! I cried many nights hoping you'd return. Hoping you'd claim what you truly wanted. But that day never came."

"It was beyond my control. Trust me if I had known what my parents were planning I would have run away...with you." he admitted. Seconds of silence passed by.

She stared at him with shock, her lips slightly parted. She looked down at his maroon suitcase and then her eyes traveled to his left hand that had a ring on.

By the time she looked up again his face was really close to hers. She noticed his deep colourful freckles were dispersed around the bridge of his nose. She also took the time to admire how glossy his dull-green eyes were and that she could see her reflection on his dull-green orbs.
