He held her chin up with his index finger and thumb. Her silence and parted lips caused him to lean in which resulted in the tips of their lips touching. Ureena that has not had this feeling in years was feeling a burning sensation.
With their eyes closed he made circular motions with his thumb lightly on one of her cheeks. Causing her to breath heavily waiting in anticipation for him to make the first move. After all he was a married man. Married for four years now.
The carriage stopped and the contact was broken once he shuffled to his side of the door. The footman opened the door for him and Henry stepped out feeling the breeze hit his face, slightly messing up his hair.
He turned around to face Ureena since she was speaking to him. "Just to clear the air, keeping this necklace does not mean we are still friends. We are not and never will be."
"Well remember that I've never stopped caring and loving you." he confronted. With that he lifted his case off the floor and wore his hat that he arrived in. He was gone once again.
Lady Amber joined Ureena in the backseat and comforted her because she knows how much Henry means to Ureena. She clearly remembers that Ureena still has feelings for him. Lady Amber also knows the story behind that necklace that Ureena wears everyday and seems to carry with her everywhere she goes.
"We don't have to talk about it dear. Before we get yummy goods at the market place and luxurious clothes, would you enjoy ice water with three slices of lemon at your favourite restaurant you simply adore?" her brunette mother asked
"Yes mother I'd greatly appreciate that."
"Alright then let's not waste anymore time."
