"So, what're we doing?" Mark asked the group as they met up in front of the cheap hotel they were staying at.
It was early in the morning, the low sun barely hovering over the horizon casting its soft golden glow on the six standing outside, warming them up slightly.
"I went to the funeral home where Dark and Anti's ashes are, apparently Dark's mom didn't even know he was alive to begin with. I got to talk with her since she was there when I went in, and she's really upset." Felix remarked.
"I'd be devastated too if I just found out my son was alive before and now dead for real." Signe sighed sadly.
"So when's the funeral?" Jack interjected, changing the subject.
"She said she was starting it at eight and that it was open house style, also that whoever wants to come is welcome." Felix stated.
"Sounds like a plan." Amy nodded.
"Who else would come?" Marzia wondered aloud.
No one answered since no one knew.
As far as any of them knew, neither of them had any friends, and the only family either of them had was Dark's mother.
Together the group silently entered the hotel, Mark and Amy renting their room before following the others up to the floor they all shared.
Since it was only around six in the morning, the group went to Felix and Marzia's room and hung out in their room for awhile to talk.
"Coffee anyone?" Felix offered as Jack, Signe, Mark, and Amy entered his and Marzia's room.
"Gimme that bean juice!" Jack exclaimed in the middle of a yawn.
"Don't worry Jack Spedicye, I'll get you some coffee." Felix smirked, walking over to the coffee machine next to the flatscreen tv and dresser while the others sat down on the two beds.
"How has YouTube been going for everyone?" Mark asked as he sat down one the edge of the bed to the left next to Amy and Marzia.
"Pretty good, I finally finished up my own tour and the Game Grumps through Europe." Jack shrugged.
"Same old same old for me." Felix chimed in.
"It's been going pretty well, I've finished up my spring portion of my tour." Mark spoke up.
"Your coffee, green Pewdiepie." Felix gave Jack a mock bow before handing him a white mug of coffee.
"Thanks Swedish meatball." Jack retaliated, gladly taking the cup from Felix and taking a large sip from it.
"Should we get ready together?" Marzia asked.
"Definitely." Amy grinned excitedly.
"Sounds good to me." Signe agreed.
"I'll be back." Amy promised, leaving the room with Mark, Jack, and Signe in tow.
Amy returned wearing a long, slim black dress that hugged her torso and accented her curves, her feet covered by black flats and her makeup bag as well as her curling iron in hand.
Mark had on a white, long sleeve button up shirt, black vest, vibrant red tie, and black dress shoes.
Jack had on a black suit with a white button up shirt underneath and a bright green tie that matched his hair.
Signe was wearing a dress similar to Amy's, except for it was slightly shorter and she was wearing black leggings underneath and black boots.
"Looking fabulous." Felix remarked as the four re-entered. He was dressed in black suit with a black shirt underneath and black shoes while Marzia was dressed in a black dress that ended above her knees with short sleeves and black boots.
The girls retreated into the bathroom to curl their hair and put on makeup while the guys waited for them next to the door, wondering how the funeral would go.
Once they were ready, the six split up into Jack, Signe, Felix, and Marzia's cars that the couples shared and drove to where the funeral was being held.
Sorry for the sucky chapter, it's more of a filler and I've been busy (I know, lame excuse, but it's true). I promise the next one will be better.
