Jennie POV-
I sat quietly on the couch, staring blankly at the TV screen. The others went to visit her grave and I refused to go. Visiting her was like playing the victim when you were the villain in reality.
My pulse quickened when I heard loud sounds thumping on my window. I walked slowly towards the screen and peeked outside.
I regretted checking what was there. Seven boys sat casually in the front of the yard, looking up expectantly.
"What's up loser? Let's hang out," Yoongi mused and I clenched the curtains tighter.
The very people who pummeled me into hell and left me there wants to bring me back.
"Leave me out of your bullshit," I said quietly but, loud enough for them to hear.
"Hm? Didn't you forget our deal? You are one of us. It's in your blood. No matter how much you disregard it it's ingrained inside of you," He said and I returned his glare.
"I'm not going," I said and he laughed.
"You really think those stupid girls care about you? When you needed help and were vulnerable who helped you? They didn't even notice you. We helped you. Even though you faced the consequences, we brought you up. You're gonna ignore that?"
I didn't know why I believed him. Maybe it was because I still cared about them.
I hated myself for grabbing my jacket and heading outside with them.
I'll just recoil again and this entire cycle will start over.
