Without a thought

As your lungs fill up
With words of regret
And you start to forget
The tears in your eyes
And the endless cries
Is all you can hear
So take time to prepare

To try me make the pain disappear

Another day another glass
Another way to make time pass
Another mistake to be made
Another bill to be paid
