after a quick shower, oikawa picked up his phone, expecting messages from her, but the weird thing was, there were none. he immediately got confused and worried, thinking that something had happened to her. he pressed on his girlfriend's contact and called her.

'sorry, the number that you had diale-'
oikawa's eyes widened and started to panic more. he ended the current call and tried to call her again. at the fifth time that he called, he was ready for another rejected call, but
'hello?' oikawa heard a familiar voice in the call. he sighed in relief, knowing that she was okay. however, her voice just didnt sound the same.
'asumi? why didnt you answer my calls? are you okay? why didnt you walk back home with me like usual?' oikawa questioned but there were no replies. 'hello?'
'yea, sorry. um, t-tooru, can you please meet me at the park?' asumi spoke really softly and it was just not like her. the only time she would sound like this was when she cried. but what was the reason? oikawa's head was so full of questions that needed to be answered very badly.
he looked up at the wall clock, it was already 9;38, what is it that she could possibly want?
'yea, all right, i'll be there in 2 minutes.'
