It was the day of results and she topped in them, she was so happy and over the moon, she wanted to give this news to her dad but on reaching at her apartment what she saw shocked her, her abu was lying on the floor lifeless, without wasting a second she took him to the hospital, after checking him doctor informed her that it was a heart attack and she needed to submit 2 lakhs so that they can operate him

this scared her as she can't arrange so much money by her own and also that too this soon, she decided to ask help from her friends and the first persom clicked in her mind was HIM, but even before she can contact him someone approached her, relief washed over him as she asked him for help 'uncle please help me, I promise to return back all your money as soon as possible' she had requested

He smiled at her and took out a bundle of money from his pockey 'Take them khushi and give them to doctor' without hesitating she took the money from him promising to return them at the earliest and went to submit them to the doctors, surgery started and she came back to him, 'thank you so much arvind uncle, if you wouldn't had helped me today then I don't even want to think what could have happened' she said as a shiver ran down her spine, he smiled but there was something unusual in that smile 'I didn't do it for you khushi, it was for my own Good' he said and she frowned 'for you?' She asked

'I didn't thought that you could act so innocent khushi but then whose acting skills am I underestimating? if a girl could win over the son of a rich businessmen with her innocence then she can actually be a great actress' he said glaring at her coldly, she went silent listening to his accuses at first but finally gathered the courage to question him 'uncle what are you trying to say?' She was confused, shocked but above all she was hurt ' why did I say anything wrong Miss.Gupta?' Isn't it true that Arnav loves you? Not only me in fact everyone are aware about his feelings for you but you, a road side crash, you just need his money and nothing else'

This time he was loud enough to just shook her from her roots, she couldn't bear such insult on her character, because she knew she is not like that 'uncle please I beg you to stop this nonsense, I am not like that, you are taking me wrong' she almost cried out 'this magic of your innocence won't work at me Miss Khushi Gupta, it might work on my son but not on me so kindly stop it' he shouted making her jump, she shivered at his rudeness, she was hurt but not helpless, she is not weak she told herself

'If you consider me a bad girl then why did you help me?' She asked and he smirked 'didn't I just tell you that I did it for myself?' 'What do you mean?' She asked as her heart skipped a beat senses something worst 'Go away, go away from Arnav's life forever khushi, leave him and Go, never look back at this part of your life, if you didn't promise to do what I am saying then I will stop this surgery right now and no one will be able to help you, you will lose your dad because of your greed' he said coldly and she shook her head hard 'no don't do that uncle please' 'you and your dad will always be indebted to me khushi, always and if you ever told Arnav about all this then you will prove me right and yourself wrong' he told her and walked away from there without waiting for her reply, she sat down on the floor and cried out silently, she was helpless in that moment

'How can I leave? How can I leave Arnav and go away? You should have told me how to do this too? How can someone let go of his life and Go? Hey devi Maiya how will I do it?' that day she cried for her broken heart, her broken dreams and for her helplessness

surgery was successful and her dad was fine, she didn't leave him even for a moment till he got discharge, once he got discharge after 2 days she along with her dad left for Delhi without visiting her home because she knew someone must be waiting for her, she went to Delhi where she started working as an employee in her Uncle's office, he was rich successful and loved khushi a lot, she along with her dad started living with her Raj Uncle's family and after so many years she is now back in Bhopal handling her dearest uncle's company here

She was back to reality on the ring of her mobile, it was raj uncle 'hello uncle ' 'hello, stay blessed khushi, how are you bacha? And how is everything going there?' He asked lovingly and she smiled on her own 'all is going well uncle and you don't need to worry you know that right? I can easily manage everything here' she told him proudly and he smiled on the other side of call 'that we all know very well bacha' 'by the way did you just call for this uncle?'

'Beta I just wanted to inform you that soon Ayaan will reach bhopal' he informed her and her eyes widened ' Ayaan? When? And how, why so soon ?' She asked 'why are so shocked bacha? You should be happy right? ' he asked and chuckled taking it as if she was nervous 'he will reach India tomorrow or may be day after tomorrow and will come to you directly alright?'

'Yes it's fine uncle, and I was just asking out of curiosity because he didn't inform about all this to me' she told him trying to sound upset 'and uncle once again i want to let you know to not to worry as I will handle everything here and that meeting with your clients tommorow i will deal with it too' 'like always Bacha, ohkay now you sleep , Good Night' ' Good Night uncle

'So Ayaan is coming back to India, no actually to Bhopal, I don't know how will everyone react when I will introduce him to them, Am I ready to break Arnav's heart once again?' She asked herself as a tear rolled down her cheek

'Arnav make it fast, not much time is left for the meeting, Mr.Raj told me that his niece doesn't like late commers and you very well know how much important this deal is for us' Arvind said a little angry as Arnav was arranging some papers in a file ' All is set dad, let's leave' he said picking that same file after which they left for Malhotra Constructions

Around 20 minutes later they reach there and inquired about the meeting room, on their way they met varun 'sir are you from Raizada's Group of Construction?' He asked and they nodded 'Sir you are late' 'we apologize for being late but now can we go and start the meeting before it get more late?' 'You can but ma'am would be really angry' he warned and Arnav shrugged 'lets see'

They entered inside to find the lady seating on her chair but her back was facing them, 'You Are Late for the meeting' she said in her bossy tune while Arnav rolled his eyes 'we are sorry Miss.' 'Your sorry won't be enough, i wasted so much of my time waiting for you people' she said

'Anyways please sit' she added 'Akdu' Arnav mumbled while taking his seat, as they settled down she too rotated her chair towards them and once she turned around it left the trio in shock 'Khushi' Arnav and Arvind exclaimed together while khushi was surprised to find Arnav and his dad in front of her

Arvind was hell shocked, he didn't know how to react, the same girl who couldn't even arrange a few laks for her dad's treatment was now leading this successful company

Khushi smirked inwardly at the game by destiny, the person who threw some laks at her face years ago and left not considering her worthy enough for his son was today sitting in front of her for a deal worthy of crores 'look at the Irony of Destiny' she whispered looking at him straight in his eyes
