On Tour With BTR & Austin Mahone

Chapter 31

* One week later *

* Austin's P.O.V *

Things had been going great ever since that day and I was starting to get sad that tour would be over in two weeks. That's why I had an idea to do something special for the last show and I hoped everyone would agree. So we're at rehearsals and I'm going to suggest my idea.

"- So... I have an idea for the last show." We were all sitting in the lounge of the venue of our first North American show in New York. Sitting here was because we had to wait for the technical team finishing up their job.

"- Tell us." James replied.

"- Tour is wrapping up in two weeks and I was thinking that it was just enough time to learn each others choreographies. Maybe you guys should join me as my dancers, so that I can give my own dancers a break. And I'll be joining you on stage as either your duet partner when necessary or your dancer, together with Chloe of course.

- Good idea. There's only one problem... I can't dance. I mean: I already have a hard time learning our choreo's and they are amateuristic against yours.

- That's, Logan, why I was thinking that Chloe could be my fourth dancer and you could do all of the raps in my songs.

- Wait what?" Chloe wasn't really paying attention, but now she woke up.

"- You'll do great! Come on babe, you're an amazing dancer. You should show your talent. It's not like you've never performed before.

- I know, but I've never performed for an audience that big. Los Angeles is the last venue and it's the biggest one to play for.

- Will it help if we say that we believe in you?" We all looked at her begging, hoping she'd say yes.

"- Fine... I'll do it." 'Yes.." was all you could hear everyone saying.

"- You're the best." I said and kissed her on her soft cheak.

"- Okay, let's get started!"

We walked towards the stage were the crew told us we could get started. Thankfully Chloe already knew all of the choreographies, since she had been practicing a lot with us. I promised Logan to teach him the songs when we're back at the hotel, so that I can focus on getting this good before than. We had two hours till noon so we devided it into two: one hour for me to teach them and one hour for them to teach me. Chloe was an excellent teacher and we could already teach them half of a dance in the whole hour. Their choreos weren't that hard, so I had a whole dance. We promised to practise also in the hotel, so that we definitely wouldn't have time short.

Before we were able to notice, it was time for lunch and we had to hurry cause we were already late. The venue had the best things prepared for us... Italian food. And yes, I ate a lot of pizza, but so did Chloe. I think we are both addicted.

We had to change really quick before soundcheck and meet and greets. I was up first for soundcheck so I had to make it really quick.

"- Hello you all! Sorry we're a bit late! New York, be honored, cause you are our first North American show! This one is especially for all of you beautiful girls, who still feel they aren't. I'm covering 'Just The Way You Are' by Bruno Mars." 

I played a couple of songs and gave the word to Big Time Rush, so that I could get ready for meet and greets. My mom was waiting for me in my dressing room.

"- Hey mom, what's up?

- Is everything alright? You seem a bit in a rush.

- I'm fine. We're just a little bit behind on schedule and I need to change really fast for M&G's. Are you okay?

- I'm okay. I just feel that I'm losing you.

- What? Why?

- Well, since tour started, you're always busy and whenever you have time, you're always with Chloe.

- Mom... You know that's not true. You know that this was going to happen. That tour would get busy. I love Chloe, but you'll always be my number one. You're my mom, you'll never leave." I kissed her on her cheak. I can't believe she felt this way.

"- Next time... Please talk to me okay? I had no idea you felt about it this way. You're my number one love. Forever.

- Austin are you ready?" Someone yelled from the hallway.

"- Yeah, I'm coming. We'll talk about this back at the hotel, okay?

- Okay. Now go." I kissed her back on her cheak and ran to M&G's. I got there right on time, cause the first one's were already waiting in line.

As if it couldn't go faster, this was also over and we grabbed a little bite before I had to get ready for show. Being opening act isn't always fun, cause you have to get on stage before everyone else. I changed into again another outfit and ran backstage, waiting till someone would announce me on stage.

"- Give it up for.... Austin Mahone!"

The crowd went wild, hearing my name. This is why I do this. For my fans, for the music. I ran on stage and started performing. I saw Chloe sitting front row, with a big smile on her face. This was actually the first time she was watching a show out of the crowd.

"- When I saw her, walking down the streets, she looked so fine, I just had to speak, I asked her name, but she turned away, as she walked, all that I could say was..." I sang while winking over to Chloe. I know this is her favorite song of mine.

My time on stage was over pretty fast and I ran over to my dressing room. I grabbbed my phone and dialed a number.

"- Hello?

- Hi Honey, how are you?" I was looking around, hoping no-one would have heard me. Especially not Chloe.

Sorry this chapter is rather short. I hope you like it though! I'll try to update as soon as possible. I decided to finish this fanfic first and than go on with 'What's Next?' and than the sequel of this one :)
