Chapter 23

Today was the day of the big showcase. The music video had been recorded and everything was set. It was around 6:30 am the time I was woke up By Alex. I got ready quickly and grabbed a breakfast bar as we needed to be leaving by 7:00. I slowly got into the car as i was still half asleep. This was until I saw the bubble tea in Alex's hand. My eyes lighting up, I grabbed it.

We were at the venue now, going threw the security. Giving them my stage name (Serenity) in, I could never get used to it. We went to hair and makeup and my hair was put up in rollers before going to the last rehearsal of everything. It was EXO first so I watched them perform every song, especially Luhan. Then it was me and Exo, then Me and Sehuns duet. When he didn't leave the stage everyone looked shocked, except for Luhan. As we started dancing, he looked angry and confused. Oh, No! Wait, Did he know that I was me?

The dance was soon over and thank goodness I had to stay on stage for my other songs. The songs started to play and my dancers ran on stage. Going over each dance a couple more time we were finished with rehearsal. Some of my hair had felt out, I tired to push it back in while walking to the dressing rooms. I walked down the hall then.

"Su-Hyun!" someones voice shouted. Luhan. My head flinched wanting to turn around. Myself wanting to turn around go up to him and hug him, but i couldn't. He shouted it again and agian. I started walking again onjly to have my wrist grabbed tightly and me turned around. I looked up into his eyes.

"Su-Hyun. Please! I know it is you." He spoke.

"Su-Hyun? Who 's that?" I said trying to bluff terribly.

"I know your lying. Just stop bluffing. I need you." He replied.

Starting to get flustered, I ripped my arm from his grasps. "Just please leave me alone. If you really knew me, You'd know i can't deal with this stress. I'm sorry but I'm not that girl anymore." I screamed tears streaming down my face, my right hand holding the bit of t-shirt where my heart was knowing how much it hurt. I ran down the hall, leaving him stood there.

I really was sorry, I can't go through hat id id before again. Finally, i had built up my life and i wasn't going to let it come crumbling back down. He'll release soon why i did it. I wiped my tear stains from my face before entering the dressing room no-one had noticed and now i had makeup on so they wouldn't now anyway. Pulling the curlers out of my hair, they pulled it back into a high ponytail leaving my bangs out to frame my face. Then Alex pulled out my outfit and i put it on behind the folding screens. Now wearing a pair of white leather looking high waisted shorts and a black leather cropped top. I walked out from behind the folding screens. Immediately i was handed my shoes, black nike high tops. No heels, perfect.

Alex guided me to the stage were my mic was out on me. Luhan was on stage right at this moment. He looked at me throughout, with a mix of hatred/fear/confusion in his eyes.
