I am stronger than the one who smiles in my presence yet snarls in my absence.
I am wiser than the adolescent who snaps back a vengeful barrage of hatred.
I am focused on me just as much as you are which is unfortunate.
I am aware of the sudden interest you have in my life.
I am aware that you hold this urge to bring drama in my direction but that is ok.
I am aware that your view of me is now a little unbecoming, but that too is ok.
Somehow though, I remain blind to the bullshit
while simultaneously focusing my binoculars on each and every one of you.
Just thought you should know. I see you.
But I'll never show you my eyes.
