It was too bright, I open my eyes but the light causes me to close them again. I open and close my eyes adjusting to the light as I stretch my legs and arms in my bed.

When I finally sit up I look at the time on my phone. 10:38 am it reads and I gasp. It isn't like me to sleep in this late. "Harry?" I call his name out but when I get no reply I get up and see his made up bed made, pillows on top of folded blankets.

Where could he be?

I go downstairs looking for him but can't find him anywhere so I go in the kitchen where mom is. "Finally you're up" my mom stares me up and down and turns around to continue to pour juice on cups. "Good morning to you too" I roll my eyes because she can't see me. I forgot how strict they were, specially about waking up early. "Harry has been such a darling helping your father in the backyard" mother gushed with a slight smile.

"What?" I was so confused. Just then Harry walks in laughing at something my father says I asume. Mother hands them lemonade and Harry thanks her before coming beside me where I'm stood probably with my mouth hanging open.

He looks deliciously hot, his sweat caused his white shirt to clamp on his body and his hair to look longer. "Good morning sleeping beauty" Harry flashes me a bright smile before kissing the top of my head.

My father looks almost pleased at the act which is surprising due to how protective he can be of me.

I simply smile still confused at what's going on and still in a shock from they way Harry looks. "I'm gonna take a quick shower so we can go on our bike ride" Harry announces to which I nod and he jogs upstairs. "Good kid, that one" my dad pats my shoulder before taking a seat on the kitchen stool. "What were you doing?" I finally snap out of it and ask. "I was fixing some things in the backyard and Harry volunteered to help" dad shrugs and wipes some dirt off his face with the back of his hand.

I figure they were picking up some vegetables for mom or cutting the grass and my heart feels moved. He didn't have to go out of his way to impress my father but I was grateful. Dad looks at my smile knowingly and clears his throat. "A bit old school too" he sips on his beverage and I raise my eyebrow. "What makes you say that?" I question before grabbing a banana from the counter to eat. "He asked if it were okay with me to take you on a date" he chuckles a little and I pretend to laugh along but my heart skips a beat.

Did he really want to go on a real date? With me? "I told him he was asking a little too late but that I appreciated it." Dad continues eying me and I try to keep my cool. "Are you ready love?" Harry comes from behind me causing me to jump. "Um let me change quickly" I gesture down to my pijamas. The now showered boy nods and I go upstairs and dress in black leggings and a sweater since it's getting a little chilly due to fall.

"Ready!" I announce coming down the stairs to meet Harry waiting down the steps. "Did you eat?" He asks seriously. I hold up my half eaten banana and nod but his face is one of concern. "That's not breakfast" he crosses his arms and I stand on the last step, in front of him and he's still taller. "It's fine Harry" I chuckle at his judging look. He was acting like my father. He shakes his head but decides not to say anything and we walk out.

I hand him my father's bike and grab my pink one and off we go. "Nice bike" Harry jokes referring to the basket with bows on it. It is very girly but in my defense I bought this years ago. I stick my tongue out like a child and Harry laughs. I tell Harry if we go through my backyard we can go to the woods I used to play in as a child with my dad and I guide the way.

After a while of riding through the woods and looking at the leaves on the ground we have to get down and start hiking because there's a hill. "Nice view" Harry whistles and I realize he was walking a few steps behind me with a perfect view at my behind. "Ha ha" I roll my eyes but low key feel flattered.
