As soon as I snap back to reality I push Liam back.

"That was... unexpected" Liam scratches the back of his neck with a child like smile.

I tear my eyes away from his and look behind him, noticing Harry and the blonde approach us.

Oh no!

Please don't come this way to rub your new girl in my face even though God knows I deserve it.

I have to make run for it, now.

"It was r-really nice to meet you Liam but I have to-" I'm about to turn around, leaving the brunette open mouthed and confused but it's too late.

"Amelia, fancy seeing you here" the deepness of the British's voice echos in my head and I realize I have no option but to respond. He's already here, standing in front of me with that overly made up girl.

I screw my eyes shut, internally cursing myself for not leaving faster but I did not want to hurt Liam's feelings by ditching him without a goodbye.

I reopen my eyes and gaze at him for the first time in what feels like a life time.

Woah. He's real. He's so real. I think after remembering what he was like for so long, thinking about him and making up scenarios in my mind I got used to just keeping him there, in my thoughts as if he was not even real. Seeing him here, in front of me makes me feel weak in the knees. He's too gorgeous to exist.

His lips were sucked inwards, his face serious but when our eyes meet his face changed drastically to a forced smile.

"H-Harry" I stutter, a little out of breath just from seeing him.

Anyone hearing me would think I just ran a marathon.

We stay in silence for a moment and I realize Liam is still standing beside me and the girl is watching me with crossed arms.

"So, are you in this sorority?" Harry breaks the tension after clearing his throat.

I gain all my strength to respond "No, Rachel is actually. She invited me." I explain.

"Oh, you two getting close?" His eyebrow arches and it feels like this is an intimate joke. Like he knows how odd it is that we have become friends but is also happy for me.

This time my smile is genuine, because I forget about the two other people standing there and just feel delighted to be having a conversation with Harry, like old times.

"Very much so" I bite my lip to conceal the huge grin that wants to spread over my face.

His green eyes focus on my lips and I note he darts his tongue out to lick his own.

His gaze focuses on me once again and I can't help but gulp, crossing my legs unconsciously. My body already betraying me by reacting to Harry's slightest action.

"I'm glad to hear" he nods his head to confirm he really is.

I cross my arms, already feeling a little chillier since it is getting darker.

"How about you, how are you here?"

This party is exclusively for sororities and people invited by a member of one and I doubt Harry's in one. After all, his college is only for theater.

"Naomi here invited me" he motions to the blonde beside him who stops texting to look at us. She seemed uninterested in the conversation until her name was said. I already dislike her.

She plasters a smile and extends her hand which I remorsefully shake. She shakes Liam's as well before speaking "I'm part of this sorority. Harry was hard to convince but he came around after some persuading" she nudges him with a teasing smile. He forces a laugh, his eyes dropping to the ground.
