(that tends to make England more upset) He only needs a kiss on England's temple just to show he cares it doesn't come just like that, he had done it since they were young to pamper the younger nation. The soft gesture acts like a magic charm that will calm England and make him smile again or opening up to talked to him about things that bothers him.
