I ignore the message and set up a reminder for me to read it later tonight. I wonder what my father has to say! Anyways, I stand up immediately. Katrina starts bursting out in laughter. I stare at her blankly. "What kind of position was that? Did I just catch you fall down!" I watch her continueing to laugh and I add a fake one aswell.
"That's quite embarassing." I frown.
"Don't worry about it. It's funny!" She smiles at me. I notice Mitch walk in to the room with Jason. Mitch walks up to Katrina and hugs her while James comes up to me.
"What are you doing here with this loser?" Mitch tells Katrina. Did he try to offend me? I open my mouth to stand up for myself, but then Katrina interrupts
"Was that supposed to be funny? Mitch, Rexer is our friend now and if you can't except that, please leave." Katrina says as serious as i've ever seen her before. I smile at her defending me.
"Yeah, man that's not cool." James adds aswell. Mitch looks from Katrina to James with disbelief.
"I've been friends with you guys way longer then this kid and you're choosing him over me?" he tells them angrily.
"I'll just leave. Sorry for-" I start to say when Mitch attempts to push me on the floor. His hand just bends back at the force of his hit in to my metal chest plate. He screams and holds his wrist tightly.
"What the hell?" he screams out loud.
"I'm sorry. I got to go!" I run as fast as I can from the gym not making any eye contact with them. Have I ruined my secret identity? While i'm walking fast paced away from the gym I hear James and Katrina call out to me.
"Wait!" they call out. I turn around to face them.
"That guy is a douche, don't listen to him." Jame nudges my shoulder playfully.
"Thank you guys for sticking up for me. It meant a lot to me. About his wrist, I-" I'm interrupted by Katrina.
"Don't worry about it. He deserved it. You must be strong!" she giggles. They don't suspect a thing! I smile to myself.
"So you guys want to chill?" I ask.
"We'd love to!" Katrina squeels and I walk them over to my car. I don't live far from the school so it was a five minute drive to my home. When I arrive outside my apartment, they look at me confused.
"You live here with your parents?" James asks.
"No, I live alone. Why?" I frown.
"If you're under eighteen you can't live alone!" Katrina says observant of my face.
"Oh, my parents are just away for awhile." I make up a silly cover.
"Oh," Katrina says suspiciously. I ignore her reaction and lead them up to my room. My apartment room is no different from any other apartment room except my fridge is filled with my kind of food which is like gas basically. I have a lock on my fridge incase I did ever want to invite someone over so i'm good for now. Other then that, there's nothing suspicious about my room about me being a robot unless they went through my computer. I will make sure to keep a close eye on them. I open my apartment and door and they walk in. "I can't believe you have this whole place to yourself!"
"Yeah, it's cool." I smile.
"I'm about to come over more often!" Jame's high fives me.
"Me too!" Katrina adds. "You got a t.v?"
"I do, but I haven't used it. I don't know how to use it." I admit. Katrina looks around my t.v and picks up a small rectangular box which has small numbered buttons on it. She clicks a button and the "t.v" comes on.
