Chapter Four: A New Friend?

I peek into the house. Dinner lovely I guess I don't mind if I do. I phase through the wall and cast a invisibilty spell. Lets see if I can find some meat. Salad, cabbage, burrito, spaghetti. Where's the meat!? Please tell me they aren't vegeterians like Jinx.

"Cake this smells lovely!" "What did you cook?"

"Nothing much, just the usual."

I guess I can settle for spaghetti ,but how am I suppose to get some without causing a scene. All of a sudden foot steps are heard on the roof.

"Fionna lets check it out!"

"Okay just let me grab my sword."

The two girls run outside and I am able to grab a meal. All of a sudden the window opens and a vampire sneaks in. I am caught of guard and my spell fades. ΞThinking: Shit! God damnit I need to work on my stealth spellsΞ

"Yo bro! What the hell are you doing here? Came to grab a bite too??" He says.

He has chared black hair and pointy ears and fangs. I guess he's sorta like me a wanderer just roaming around.

"Yo man! That distraction wont keep em for long grab some food and follow me."

I don't say anything but he tosses me a plate and I catch it. We both seem to like the same things:spaghetti, burritos, and Dr.Pepper. We fly out the window laughing and like he said follow him so I did. We stopped at some cave and he opened the door and let me in.

"Spill one thing on my couch and your toast!" He yells, eyes glowing red.

We both bust up laughing and share small talk. We finished our food and made a toast with our Dr.Peppers.

"Alright alright, my turn." He says laughing.

"Would you rather: date your own mom or eat your left toe."

"How long will we be dating?"

"A month?" He says as he shrugs.

"Toe." I say no doubt.

"Alright my turn. Would you rather: be a gay stripper for a whole week or fuck your own sister."

"What strip club would I be working at?" He says licking his lips.

"I dont know, one in the candy kingdom?"

"Oh hell! Gay stripper!"

We both crack up I fall off the couch and my stomach starts to hurt from laughing too much.

"Mmm, got a thing for gumass?"

"Mmmm, hell ya!" He starts to twerk.

"Save it for gumball!!" I shoo him away.

"Hey so when am I gonna meet your sister?"

"Mmm, bro you haven't even met her and you already wanna!?! Gross dude."

I stare at him seductively.

"Wanna make it a three way." I say as I lick my lips.

"Nah brah, nah, I'm fine just leave me out of your fantasys."

We both crack up and I just realize the time. Its 2 in the morning and if I show up now Nicholas and Jinx are gonna flip! If I don't show up Nicholas will flip and Jinx will lecture me. Ah! Screw it I don't think one day will bother them.

"Marshall! Mind if I spend the night?"

"Fuck no! We aint sleeping now! The party is just starting."

"Bitch who has a party at this time!?"

"The party god. Follow me bitch Marcy wont mind if I leave her alone another night."

"Fine lets go." I roll my eyes and we're speeding out the door.

ΞWe arrive in some strangely solid cloudΞ

I look around and all I see is light orange and the sun rising.

"I swear to god you queer if I'm up here for nothing my foot will go up your ass."

"Calm down, calm down."

Marshall tears back some of the cloud and reveals loud music and strobe lights.

"Holy hell!"

"Ya bitch time to party."

I hit the bar and ask for a shot. After that I just went out of control. Marshall disappeared somewhere and I was dancing with some chick. I hit the dance floor and all I remember was I got the crowd all pumped. Shit happened and I collapsed. Marshall starts kicking me.

"Queer wake up!"

"What the fuck! What time is it!"

He checks his watch.

"Six."

Shit shit shit! Jinx and Nicholas are gonna kick my ass. I summon a shadow portal and say goodbye to Marshall and close the portal. The lights flash on and Nicholas is tapping his foot.

"Drake what the hell! Do you know what time it is!?"

"Its its 6?" I say drowsly with my eyes barely open.

"Yes Drake it is six! What is that on your cheek!" Nicholas takes a cotton swab and swipes my face.

"Drake is this lipstick?!"

"I don't know." I start to fall asleep.

"Drake are you... Drunk?!"

"Are you a small bastard?"

Nicholas's eyes glow red and not knowing what is happening it's too late to react. He starts to grow and his fangs and nails grow.

"Sire I am sorry for this but my contract says to keep you inline and you have crossed this so line."

He grabs me and his nails impale my skin. I shriek in pain as he carries me to my room. He lets go of me and locks the door. I hear him cast a barricade spell. The red words form around the windows, doors, and walls 囟立囟. ΞI wake up in agonyΞ Black blood covers my bed and my head hurts. I check my phone and I see my phone is loaded to the brim with texts and new contacts. ΞMy phone buzzesΞ Marshall.

"What the hell do you want my head hurts you fucker!"

"Calm down bro.I told you not to take so many shots."

"I took one!"

"No you took like twenty! I went to use the bathroom and passed out there."

"Oh alright, I think Nicholas grounded me so I'll see ya in like a week."

I hang up and toss my phone on my bed. The spell fades and Nicholas comes in.

"Sire I am sorry for treating you so poorly last night ,but you were being very rude."

"Nicholas it's okay. I probaly deserved it."

Nicholas places his hand on my side but I swat it away.

"I got it."

I start to groan in pain and my body explodes. I am a mere skeleton for a brief moment ,but than my muscles and skin start to reform around my body ,fully healed.

"Sire you know I hate you using that ability. It leaves me a hell of a mess to clean up."

I smirk, "Lets call it even Nicholas, I mean you did cause these wounds."

"Fair fair."

I head down to the living room and Jinx tackles me.

"Where were you!" She hisses and claws at me.

"Damn it Jinx! I just healed myself."

"Don't be a baby. You can always just heal yourself the easy way."

"Thats no fun thou!"

"So you'd rather explode!?" She says eyebrows risen.

I shoo her away and prepare my breakfast. My skin starts to heal ,but I leave the scars. I finish my breakfast and put on my coat.

"Bitch your incharge again."

"Fine just don't come back drunk again."
