"Why does schools have to have so many pointless rules," a (h/c) teenage male muttered as he ran his fingers through his hair looking at the school handbook that he was given shortly after he was apected into Beacon though he hadn't really gave it much of a read when he first was given it. Now that it was the day before everyone would be starting it finally dawned on him that many he should actually read the handbook. It wasn't a big book so he thought he would get it quickly read in no time at all but he was wrong not that wasn't something new to him. The main problem he was having with reading the handbook was that he could slowly feel his eyelids getting heavier and heavier with each line that he read. Quickly he brought his hand that wasn't holding the handbook and rubbed his eyes hoping that it would keep them open and it worked a little as they didn't feel as heavy as they did before but how much longer was he going to be able to keep himself awake while he read. The one good thing that came out from this was at least he now had something that would help he get to sleep. "Man I haven't read anything so boring since dad's last attmpt at writing a love story," (y/n) said as he covered his mouth while he let out a rather large yawn his body feeling most of his energy or what was left of the energy he had quickly leave him. He gently slid backwards to lay down on the bed that he was sitting on and looked to his left out of the window which he had open.

The night sky was rather calm and peacful looking he couldn't but just gaze at the stars shining bright in the dark black sky. Something about the view of a nigh sky would cause him to relax as if the bright shining through the dark gave him a sense of comfort that one person use to give him. Just even thinking about her caused a dull pain in his chest as if at old wound was reopening. Without realising it his free hand had moved gripping the t-shirt that he was wearing right where that dull pain was coming from as if his hand wanted to claw the pain away or make it stop. Shaking his head a bit he let out a heavy sigh nearly as if he had been holding his breath before forcing himself to sit back up from laying down on his comfy bed. "I shouldn't been thinking about a person that I'll never see again," he told himself as he looked down at his hand still tightly gripping onto his shirt before slowly letting go to see his claws had came out and had ripped five small holes into the shirt right where he had his grip placed. Normally (y/n) had enough control over his emotions which was needed to keep his traits that shown he was a faunus hidden but right now he had just let himself slip lucky enough it hadn't been when he was out earlier trying to get used to the town with it being a new place it was going to be much easier for him to get lost than back at his home town plus the place was a lot bigger too on top of that. Lifting up his shirt he checked to make sure that his claws hadn't broke the skin or anything though normally he would be able to tell if the was a small amount of blood along the tips of the claws. "Looks like I got lucky this time," (y/n) muttered letting go of the bottom of his shirt causing it to fall back to where it was before. He glanced back towards his claws watching the go back making his nails look just the same as most other people. Picking the handbook back up from beside him he opened it back to the page that he was at before this time trying to put his attention towards something else but his thoughts and the past.

Quickly flicking through the pages he tried his best to put this thoughts to the back of his head but it wasn't working the harder he tried the more he seemed to think about it when suddenly he felt a sharp pain across his thumb causing him to snap out of his thoughts and look at what was the cause of the pain. There was a fine slice across his thumb which he had been using to flick through the pages of the handbook. "Dam papercut," he grumbled watching the small drop of blood run down his thumb towards the palm of his hand. Setting the handbook back down he got up from the bed and carefully walked barefoot across the cold wooden floor of the room towards the door that lead to the bathroom. Pushing the door to the bathroom using his hand that wasn't bleeding then stepped inside. It wasn't anyway of a big bathroom just enought space for two people at most unless there was a thrid person sitting or standing in the bath. With the back of his foot he closed the door after him then turned to the mirror that hung over the sink. It wasn't only a mirror as it double as a cupbord which (y/n) believed he would find a plaster for the small papercut. Opening the cupboard he quickly ran his eye over everything that was inside checking to see if there was anything that he used use for the papercut that was starting to string rather badly at this point. "Ah there you are," he said the moment he spotted a small packet of pasters which was sitting on the top shelf. Lifting out the packet he opened it up hoping that someone wouldn't have just put back an empty packet. Lucky enough there was a couple of plaster sitting in the packet, so he took one out and put the packet back into it's place in the cupboard. Placing the plaster carefully over the annoying papercut then made sure that it was sitting right on his thumb so that it wouldn't get in the way of him having to do anything. With having the papercut sorted he left the bathroom going back to the bed that was looking really inviting for him to sleep on at this point.
