If you go to commit suicide think of yourself as a baby. Would you hurt a baby? The answer is probably no. Would you kill a baby? Again probably not. Then why should you kill yourself? You shouldn't. Or think of how much pain your loved ones would go through of you died. If you can't imagine that pain think of the pain you felt when someone you loved died and if no one you loved died a imagine if someone you loved did die. That pain you felt or would feel is the same pain your loved ones would go through if you did die. Or when you go to cut yourself draw on where ever you cut or wrote names of people you love on where ever you cut. The drawing could keep you distracted while the writing of the names would be like cutting whoever you wrote on your arms. You wouldn't want to do that because that would be hurting them.
