Lauren's POV

"In other news... fashion designer Giorgio Cabello the third was released from prison earlier this morning. His sentence only lasted one week and was seen leaving the court house with his wife Camila Cabello-"

"Oh my god. He got out after one fucking week?" Ashley's mouth dropped as we watched the news on the couch with Dinah in another chair.

I rolled my eyes, "They're the Cabellos. They buy their way out of everything. Deals, commitments, contracts, and now prison."

"But isn't that illegal?" she frowned.

"Yes, but they're insanely rich. They can do anything. Camila probably spent tens of millions to get him out," I scowled, watching the cameras pan in on her and Giorgio walking hand in hand to their car. Fucking disgusting. I was sick to my stomach, looking at these god awful people. I should've just put a bullet to the man's head when I had the chance.

Staring at my baseball bat in the corner, my internal rage was coming out slowly but surely. I clenched my jaw and fist and got up from the couch.

"No, Lauren, not the TV!" Dinah raised her voice as I grabbed my bat to swing at the TV screen, repeatedly smashing it to pieces so that the faces of the people I hated most were completely gone.

"We were getting rid of it anyway," I dropped the bat onto the broken thing as Ashley and Dinah stared at it in shock. Since we were moving in two days, a lot of the shit didn't matter if it was broken. That being said, I did most of the breaking.

"Nice going, pal. What else are you gonna break? You already smashed the bathroom mirror down here," Dinah huffed, glaring at me.

"Why are you so upset?" Ashley frowned at her, handing me my plate full of food. She'd practically been forcing me to eat and sleep for the past few weeks so that I could get back to being a healthy weight and not be so fucked up. And it helped tremendously. I loved her for it. However, that didn't make me stop wanting to hit things. So, she got me into the boxing ring almost every day now.

"Probably because Camila isn't her buddy anymore," I grumbled.

"She wasn't my buddy... but we were close partners on a really cool product and campaign. Now, my career is threatened because of what happened between you two," she sassed.

"You're taking her side?" I nearly snapped, scowling just as harshly.

"No," she rejected quickly.

"You don't need her, DJ. She's nothing but a lying snake," Ashley defended and I nodded.

"Well, I know that now," she shrugged, looking down. "She was so wrong for doing you like that."

"Yeah, you can't let her get away with what she's done, Lo," Ashley said. "I'd be highly disappointed in you if you didn't clap back somehow."

And that's why Ashley was my best friend of all time.

"I'll get back at her," I smirked. "...We'll all get back at her."

"Alright, girls. Camila is out of the group... clearly," I rolled my eyes while the rest of Fifth Harmony and I were seated in the recording studio in Los Angeles. Our new home since we just moved to Malibu.
