The Lonely Boy (Ziall)

Chapter 20

"Hey mum" Niall said while wrapping his mum in to a tight hug.

"Oh hello my gorgeous son. It feels like forever since I have seen you." She said.

"Has everything been okay? Like no one hassling you or hurting you" Niall said because his mum had been trying to get back into dating again.

"No Ive been completely fine." She said.

"Oh mum this is my friend Zayn." Niall said introducing Zayn to His mum.

"Oh hello. Do you guys wan tea or coffee?" She said.

"I'll have a tea please." I said

"Coffee please" Zayn said smiling.

Niall's mum went into the kitchen and the two boys sat down. Niall's older sister Miley walked in.

"So this is the boy?" Miley said

"Shhhh mum doesn't know that I'm gay yet." Niall said.

"So you're not bi?" Miley said slightly confused.

"Well. I plan on staying with Zayn forever so no more girls." I said laughing and Zayn smiled.

"Oh that's so cute, when do you think you will tell her?" Miley asked.

"In about 10 minutes. Do you think she will flip?" I asked

"Of course not, mum loves us kids. She will support you" Miley said.

Just as they finished talking Maura walked into the room.

"Okay we need to catch up" she said excitedly.

"We do. Mum I have something to tell you and you promise to support me?" Niall said

"Of course baby, as long as it is not illegal." She said

"Mum... I'm gay and Zayn is actually my boyfriend" Niall said.

"Well... and?" She said

"Well that's it" Niall said.

"Oh honey there's nothing that you should feel ashamed of or anything. Gay people are normal so you coming out doesn't phase me the slightest bit." She said

At this point Niall and Zayn were holding hands.

"I love you mum". Niall said

"I love you too" she said

"I'm gonna propose go Niall." Zayn said to Louis and Harry.

"Omg what the heck. Are you ready for it?" Louis said.

"Yeah mate that's a big deal" Harry said.

"I have never been so sure in my life. I love this man to death" Zayn said

"Well... how are you gonna do it." Louis said

"Well... I want it to be a surprise but like a complete surprise so no date or anything. Of course I'll take him out after even if he says no. I want to do it when we go grocery shopping. Like just out of no where and pop out the ring.

"That... sounds so cute" Louis said

"Yeah he won't suspect a thing" Harry said

"I just hope he says yes" Zayn said

"I'm sure he will do what his heart wants" Louis said

Zayn smiled at Louis and Harry.

"Well I'm gonna go propose to the love of my life. I'll see you guys later" he said while getting up to leave.

"Good luck Zayn" Louis said

"You can do this mate" Harry said

"What do you think is better, fat free milk or just normal milk" Niall said with two milk bottles in his hand.

"Apparently normal milk is good for you so lets just go for that" Zayn said.

"Baby are you okay? You seem a little distracted" Niall said

Zayn got nervous but brushed it off.

"No I'm fine I just have a slight head ache." He said.

"Oh okay baby, don't worry we are almost done.

The two boys were slowly walking down a empty isle. Zayn saw this as his perfect opportunity. He felt his pocket to make sure the ring was there and then began his plan. He was walking and them he collapsed.

"OMG Zayn are you okay?" Niall said very concerned.

"Yeah I just tripped... wait... what is this?" Zayn said picking up the box with the ring in it. Niall's heart dropped

"Zayn" he said softly.

Zayn put him self on one leg and popped open the lid of the box. There was a beautiful ring.

"Niall I know I haven't been the best boyfriend every but I want to change that. I want to be there for you forever and ever. I love you Niall Horan. Will you marry me?" Zayn said almost shaking over how nervous he was.

"Omg of course Zayn. Of course I will" Niall squealed and began to cry.

The two boys hugged and had a long kiss. They then continued there shopping.
