That day we lost a lot of good people. Friends, loved ones, teachers, students. Great warriors we cut down like they were nothing but leaves and vines in the way of an explorer in the jungle.
Everything changed that day. Some say for the better, some for the worse. It happened none the less though, and was completely unavoidable.
My name is Amelia Lockheart, and this is my memory of the events that changed the world as I knew it.
