Annie is now on her own in a big world. but her new life is sent to the past we seeing her childhood lover. will they love again or will they walk away from the past?
I was woken up by Hayden. " Annie its Christmas wake up!" I woke up and slowly got out of bed and all the sudden. Hayden picked me up and headed downstairs. I was still really tired so I lead my head on his chest and went to sleep again. I felt that Hayden had sat down so I opened my eyes slowly and looked up at him. why did I let him go? and I was snapped back to reality when Hayley handed me a small package. as I began to open it was an empty box. I looked at Hayley with a confused look then, I heard little feet on the wood floors I turned around and saw Paige with two little dogs. ones a french bulldog and the other is a boxer. I smiled not at the puppies but at Paige shes here. I jumped out of Hayden's arms but not letting go of his hands to hug Paige we all sat down as she told Hayley and me that the little one is for us. the french bulldog said my name so im guessing its mine and the boxer is hayleys. so we played with them as the others open their gifts. then after all the gifts were open I was grabbed by the hand by Hayden and he handed me his jacket as we made our way outside.
Hayden's Pov
so I woke up kinda early and made breakfast for everyone because we ended up crashing at Annie's place. so after that, I took out the little ring I got for Annie and I looked at it until of course, someone walked up.
K: whats that for Hayden?
H: it's for Annie.
K: you're proposing!
H: not yet but I plan to someday.
K: then whats the ring for?
H: it's a promise ring. I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend today.
K: YAY!!
H: I'm going to wake up my princess
K: I'll go get everyone else up and good luck trying to get her out of bed
so I put the ring in my pocket and headed up to where Annie was asleep. I woke her up she slowly opened her eyes and she slowly got out of bed. I didn't want to wait any longer so I picked her up bride-style and headed downstairs. she laid her head on my chest and slowly went to back to sleep. as I sat down I looked down at her peacefully sleeping until she opened her eyes. I kinda blushed as she saw me staring at her. but our moment was interrupted by Hayley handing Annie a little gift. Hayley's smile was the biggest I have seen it in a long time. as she opened it Annie looked confused and to be honest I was too. and all the sudden I heard little feet slapping the ground and heels hitting the ground too."PAIGE" everyone yelled so I slowly turned around and saw her I smiled as Annie slowly got off my lag but not letting go of my hands and hugged Paige. we all sat back down. after everything was opened and thanked everyone. I grabbed Annie and handed her my jacket and headed outside. I slowly looked towards her and got on my knee.
H: Annie will you take this promise ring. and also be my girlfriend?
A: YES YES YES YES what took you so long?
H: I wanted it to be perfect.
A: whats the promise ring for Hayden?
H: I promise to protect you and to love you through everything. I also promise that one day you will be mine. but when you're ready.
I stood up and right as I did I felt Annie's lips hit mine we kissed for a little until Paige came out.
P: Anni-
H and A: haha Paige what!?
P: wait are you getting married?
A: not yet. but sometime soon.
with that, we made our way inside and told everyone. that night was a night to remember a night im never going to forget... and of course, after that, they had to be pictures of the puppy and of the ring.
