Lines upon my wrist
Express more than I can say
Time will show the risk
The price I pay
It's all worth while
For the moment at least
I take it step by step, mile by mile
All for a moment's pause
There is nothing in the life I'm in
All alone I face this war
With only a small blade to help me win
I don't even know what I'm fighting for
For hope and happiness
To get rid of this loathing
To figure out why I'm like this
But there is no real reason
For I can't even speak
I guess I'll go with the season
To get rid of this freak
For the lines express more than I can say
Nobody really sees or cares anyways
