chapter 4: solitude then solitude no more

the serpentine war is over I'm glad the fightings stoped but.. the anacondrai tribe is gone along with the rest of the serpentine I'm all alone in the village now I remember it like it was yesterday 

( flash back ) 

pythor was polishing my saddle. I was eating then I heard flute music. pythor  suddenly  doubled over in pain when he came back up he was in a trance he started slithering  away along   

 with the whole tribe. "pythor ware are you going!?" I had said he ignored me and kept slithering away. I tried following him all the way to the sea of sand we came up to a tomb the door was opened and I saw a human most knowable was that he was a master of fire.  I tried to tell him to stop but when he was finished and I was trying to open the door he blasted a fireball at me it had scorched my flank and  yelled in pain. he then threw some knives at me one of them had cut a jagged wound across my chest another one had stabbed  one of my wings making me unable to fly. 

I had been fighting him only for 5 minutes and i could barley stand from blood loss and i couldn't  

open the door with him fighting me so i ran back to the village when i got back i collapsed into avras old hut then passed out. ( end of flashback )    

"I wonder what else is here" i wondered  i started looking around the village when i came to a house larger then the rest  i decided to look inside.. the inside of the house was  decorated with picture storys it was warm and to my surprise there were nests. in 5 of them there  were eggs anacondrai eggs then CRACK!!! CRACK! CRACK! an egg was hatching i went to the nest were the egg was. a baby anacondrai  crawled out. the baby had a blue gem, blue eyes, black markings, and were the parts of him that was supposed to be yellow was red. all and all he was adorable.       

 he rolled onto his back and squealed happily i picked him up and hugged him "how about i name you... python!" i said he didn't argue since he was a baby he started gumming on my hair i sat down and curled up around python we then fell asleep the next morning   i woke to python crawling on top my back he seemed to be trying to get something i got up and looked at it it was a plak saying: chumsworth  the plak was on the bottom of the nest that python hatched in. then i realized that python was pythors son then i had a

( flashback  )    i was hanging out with avra when pythor came along with someone "avra  avreall this is my girlfriend pyra. pyra this is  avra and  avreall " "so this is your pet centaur she's so cute!" said pyra. " hey I'm not cute and i aint a pet "

"sorry i didn't know your not a fan of that term " pythor had said (end of flashback ) 

so your pythor and pyra's kid i said i picked up python out of the nest and walked out of there.

i then walked to avras hut and looked around inside for something to feed python there were :

some  dead rats, a rotten watermelon, a live mouse, a coconut, and a box of tea leaves i decided to give him the live mouse and a dead rat. the thing that freaked me out was that python ate the mouse whole and the mouse was still alive. 

"Oh crud i REALLY hope thats normal"  python then cooed happily  then fell asleep "Ok now thats just plain weird "  i tucked him in  avras old bed and curled up beside him "i wonder if pythors ever coming back" . . . . . . . . . . .
