Clementines pov~
I sat there staring at the wall, thinking about every hurtful word over and over again... He said he hated me... I couldn't live without answers so i called him. After about 3 rings he picked up
"Tell me, you wasted your time woth me for years! Then all of a sudden you hate me? What the fuck is that about?" I say almost crying and Gabe says nothing. After a short minute he replied
"Just please stop calling me... I can't talk to you" He says trying to avoid everything
"You can't? Why the fuck can you not talk to me! Gabe i stayed by you! I lost all of my friends! I gave everything up for you! When you got into all thoses fights and your friends turned on you i didnt! Gabe i didnt! So why the fucking hell are you turning on me?" I say at the point of crying...
"Look, all that matters id your safe no- I mean all that matters is that i never liked you so get over it" Gabe says, i didnt listen to the rest of him not liking me because he wouldn't have wasted those many years with me! What does that mean? Im safe now?!
"I've always been safe Gabe! What are you talking about" I say confused and wipe my tears
"You, you cant know" Gabe says
"Why the hell can i not know? Just tell me!" I say threw the phone
" Okay... I, my family... Well my dad had this offer that he couldn't contain... Meaning he decided to tell the gang to make me do it... If i didn't end this between us he would kill you... My dad wanted this... He didn't like you nor me... He's just an ass" Gabe says crying when he says the "he would kill you" part and i stay there shocked
"So those word are not true?" I ask
"No... Clementine i love you" Gabe says sniffling "I love yo-" All of a sudden the phone hangs up.
